    One star is one star too many for this wretched company!! I booked Tanglewood Treasure two months in advance for myself, my 3 children, and two dogs. We fell in love with this property and were so excited to stay there. Driving from ******************* with this crew took two days, with a stopover in *******. Towards the end of our first day of travel, the day before we were to check in, this outfit called and told me that we could not stay in this unit. Apparently they had discovered in the walk through the day before that the ** wasn't working. They refused to call a same/next day repair person to honor our long-standing reservation. Instead they offered a sub-standard unit with very little compensation. When I told them it wasn't acceptable, they said they could refund my money, and I could find my own place. Mind you, this was the day we were driving into ******* to begin our stay. When I suggested they call someone to fix it, they became rude, condescending, and even LESS helpful. Come to find out, there was a review on this property dated TWO full weeks before our stay stating the ** didn't seem to be working properly. Sedona.org replied soon after apologizing and stating they would have it repaired in time for their next guest. Please visit Airbnb Tanglewood Treasure and read ******'s review. Not only did they LIE about when it was discovered, but they had two weeks to repair it in time for our reservation and, obviously, did NOTHING about fixing it. Horrible company from start to finish. BEWARE!!!

    This review covers the flipside of Sedona.org -- how they treat their other clients, the owners of the homes they manage. According to the reviews I see and on other sites, I'm afraid it's not much better than the spotty service they give to the guests. The most generous I can be is to say they are woefully inconsistent in how they communicate and then follow through on things they say the will do. Sometimes responses were rapid, but mostly I would have to send several emails and leave a voicemail or two to get a response, even when they had reached out first. I reviewed owner statements and every month found overcharges, errors, and expenses we had not been consulted on. Let me repeat that. Every month there was something that had to be corrected on the owner statements. I could give more details, but I've already wasted enough time trying to manage the property management. I considered giving 1 star, but I am trying to be fair. I am sure some companies actually deliver worse service. All that said, there is one relatively new person in owner relations who is trying to fix the systemic issues. I wish her luck. I, however, couldn't wait for the results and have moved on to another property management company. Owners beware. This will likely not be a "set it and forget it" experience.
