5 stars***** found my dryer blockage to be caused by a screen which had been installed over the dryer vent outlet on the roof. Screens had been installed on all roof openings to prevent pack rats from entry. This pipe already had a working vent door that seals when dryer not in use. ***** took off the screen and removed hard, compacted lint. This was not easy as he had to reach under the recently installed roof solar panels which had been placed over this dryer vent outlet! Thank you so much, ***** for taking pictures of what was going on up ************ hard work clearing out the lint

5 starsOur gas dryer recently stopped heating and the repairman recommended ******* services to clean out the lint vent. ***** was great! Showed up on time, explained the process, and worked quickly. 5 stars***** did a wonderful job on my dryer vents! He thoroughly cleaned the duct tube, which he said was where most of the lint was - it was apparently packed pretty solid. (After 7 years Im not surprised!) He went up on the roof to clean there, and he opened up the section of my dryer where the lint screen fits to clean in there, before putting it back together. (Whenever I take the lint screen out, it scrapes off any extra lint - and if Im doing a full load of towels for the first time, theres a LOT of extra lint - and allows it to fall into the space below. And then you have to unscrew screws to get into that space to clean! Very poor design. He cleaned up after himself, so there was no mess on the floor. And his price was very ************* dryer works great now! It used to take at least an hour and a half to dry a load to where the sensor said it was Extra Dry, and then I had to clean the lint screen and add another 30 minutes. As we got the dryer about two years after the last cleaning, I just thought this was normal (and kind of inefficient) for this design of dryer. No more! After he was here, it took about an hour on High to dry a full load of towels to Extra Dry, and it didnt need the extra 30 minutes. Nice and fluffy! I then put in a lightweight load of microfiber sheets, set it on Medium and the sensor to Medium, and it took about 30 minutes to dry them to perfection. This is the way I expected the dryer to work in the first place!Overall, I was extremely pleased. He recommended I get it cleaned every two years, so Ill definitely be calling him in the Spring of 2027.Get the Lint Out

5 starsHave used this service twice. Excellent! My husband has been worried about a dryer/lint fire. He was so right. The amount of lint retrieved was surprising, and the first cleaning showed us how close we came to having a serious problem.
