      After finding The Window and Door Store online, I went to their showroom to look at door samples.After meeting and talking with *** *****, our salesman, we decided to get an iron door. *** said it would be a custom unique and individual door based on our choice of styles, and that he could work with his designer to come up with a design we liked.We met with both *** and the craftsman ***** at Oscars workshop in ******* to see if they would be able to complete our vision. They both assured us they could design a door we liked. After the meeting with ***** we signed the contract, and gave them a deposit.*** tried to get us to buy a door that we did not want. The designs were nothing like what we described to him. The Director of Sales **** then worked with us, and tried and talk us into a similar door, one which we did not want.After a phone conversation between my wife and ****, he said he was unable to provide a door we liked based on our answers to his questions.We asked to dissolve the contract, and were told by **** per the contract we would have to give him 30%.As they have not upheld their part of the contract, it seems we should get our money back.

While we empathize with your desire for a full refund, the remaining deposit funds after this fee have been refunded to you by check.
