      I knew ***. I'm a player and amp technician. There was a time when I could buy any part I needed to refurbish an amp. Today, a handful of young people who don't give a ****, are running the company. The build quality is the worst I've seen it in 50-years. The Fender site is a joke. So, I'm letting go of Fender completely.

      Fender.com is a rip-off they don't support their products and have no phone support they are like every other scam company nowadays that just takes your money and runs. Even Reverb offers chat support. Fender as usual is resting on an image not quality products anymore just like ******. They believe that perceived value is all that matters not producing actual quality products anymore. Neither one actually stands behind their products. Only scam sites offer support hidden behind a wall of obstacles. Honest and moral companies don't hide from customers they welcome them.
