    Payment date to *********************** - Next Level Performance Consulting: November 21st, 2023 $1,999.00 *********************** said hed help me lose 43 lbs in 12 weeks.On February 25th - 12 weeks after I had started the program and I had only lost 3 lbs. I sent ***** a txt asking him for my full refund and I was no where near my 43lbs loss goal and I didnt want to waste anymore of my time with him. The thing that keeps happening with his consulting company is that Mycal will help me for maybe a week and then he ghosts me. He goes days and weeks without reaching out, and I find myself on my own again. Without his guidance or anyone else from his team. He refuses to accept any responsibility for his lack of coaching and presence. And I feel so embarrassed that I thought hed actually make a difference in my life and help me lose weight. Its been 5 months and I still havent gotten my money back or lost the 43lbs yet. ****, I havent even lost half of what he promised. $2k is a lot of money, and I paid because I was so desperate to lose the weight and I really thought Next Level Performance Consulting would have actually been able to help me get it done. Maybe if I was local and could have attended their gym in person I would have had a different experience, but being an online client, they simply forgot about me and left me on my own, which I can see it being easy to happen. I had no one to keep me accountable. No one to check on me to make sure I was even alive. From time to time Id get a message saying something like: Ill call you tomorrow. But tomorrow never came. The whole thing about hiring a coach is so that he can help me stay on track and keep me accountable. But they werent reliable. ** get coached for a week, maybe two, and then hed disappear for weeks again. I didnt pay them that kind of money so that I would be on my own. I kept having to remind him I was still his customer. That I was still here, needing help.
