    These trio ******* ******, ****** ********* and ****** ***** are fraud, scammers. Avoid them at all cost. Do not give them your money to design website for you. In May 2024, I was genuinely looking for a company to develop my startup business website. I placed an advert on ********. They called me and told me they have the expertise to develop my website. They lied by showing me a website that is similar to what I wanted to do. They lied that they developed the website just to convince me to pay them. I paid them $2,100 which was the greatest mistake I made in 2024. I never knew they were scammers. They promised they will finish the job in 3 months, 10 months after they have no website to deliver to me. They will tell you different kinds of lies. They almost scam me another $3,500, both ****** ****** and ****** ********* put ****** ***** on the phone to convince me to pay them $3,500 for hosting a website they have not successfully develop for me. At that point, I knew they were scammer. I have been asking them to refund my money since they have no website to deliver to me and they have been avoiding me and this is typical behavior of a fraudster. I am appealing to everyone on this platform to talk to them to refund my money $2,100 I paid them in 2024 on a pretense that they wanted to develop my business website. I also found out that they have done this to so many people and bark dot com to block them and blacklisted.All I wanted now is for them to refund my $2,100.Please, avoid these company and these 3 people if you are looking for a company to develop your website. They do not possess the required expertise to develop of a good website. They are amateur but they will lie and show you a website developed by another company just to convince you to pay them money. What they are doing is criminal in nature and it must stop.

    My encounter with Web Gravita, also known as Sunrise Web, was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially enticed by their promises of top-notch web design services, I eagerly engaged their services. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations.Communication was abysmal from the start, with emails left unanswered and phone calls unreturned. Despite their website boasting a clear refund policy, attempts to obtain a refund were met with evasion and excuses. Promises of website activation within a week on December 30, 2023, were unfulfilled, and on January 5th, I was asked for additional funds, with reassurances that if my website wasn't live by then, a refund would be provided.When the website remained inactive by January 11th, I requested a refund once again, only to be met with silence. The lack of accountability and transparency displayed by Web Gravita (Sunrise Web) is deeply concerning. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to honor their refund policy demonstrate a blatant disregard for ethical business practices.I urge anyone considering doing business with Web Gravita to proceed with extreme caution. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of thorough research and due diligence before engaging with any company, especially one as deceitful as Web Gravita.In conclusion, my experience with Web Gravita (Sunrise Web) has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I implore others to avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices.

    On October 13 2023 I was presented with an offer for a website for $299. Okay so then it was October I think 18th I was talking to ******* from **** gravita he sent me a proposal and said my total would be $300 with 100% money back guarantee. I paid him $100 and he said the $200 would be but I would have with the end. Okay then he assigned me a project manager *************************. And he's just not going through any of the steps that were listed in the proposal that we were going to do. I can't get them to do the website and make it like I want it so I can use it. It is completely unusable as it is now. He's demanding $500 before they do any of the work so he's double the price on me. I took out a loan at $247% interest to pay for this website that I can't even pay for because I can't get them to do it. So I've got the money sitting in my bank that I'm paying interest on for a website that I can't get done. I asked for my money back and he says no he's in my 100% money back guarantees no longer valid and ******* no longer works for the company. I would like my website *** or I would like my money back one of the two. All this man wants to do is argue and double my price and tell me they know what they're doing. The website that they giving me I've made one better than that before I even went to him it has no shop it has no way for me to take collect money it has a calendar that doesn't work and there's no way for me to even collect emails when I give them an offer so that I can do email marketing and all of those things I asked for. The content update they can't even cut and paste that I really have no confidence and then doing a website for me anymore but I can't get my money back. On top of that I'm paying interest on a loan that I got to pay for this which is what's really messed up because I thought I was going to get a website that I could use. I would like either my money back or the website or finish to my specifications specified before this nonsense started

    I paid ******USD and made transaction with *********************** with Gravita to do website design and brochure materials for my ************************** business. He assured me they can do the job with great customer satisfaction.He had assigned a person name ********************* to supervise the outsourced job.. He made the lay out to me about the brochure design as to the color and I did all the content and design. Took him more than 2 weeks to get the correct color scheme and I initially felt I m not getting what I am looking and paid for . I called the bank to dispute. This *********************** called me to pacify and talk that they will do better coordination .I allowed the bank to stop reversing the charges being the kind person I am ,I gave then another chance. This time for the website design, there has been back and forth emails ,calls and texts messages with *********************, he only show me some test files The test files he showed me were exactly the same as the competitor without originality. I told him about the deadline for my marketing set for first week of September then he failed. I went ahead without marketing materials. No response to text, calls nor emails from this person .Called the bank to dispute, they were smart enough to show 13 page report but there was no outcome except for just email messenges which didn't have any marketing material to give to me. These people are good talkers and I found out other customers getting into the same situation .My other friend who paid this same company has also the same issue and has on going dispute with the bank. I hope they shouldn't be allowed to do business. They scammed out hard earned money for a business start up.
