  This company has been chasing me for almost a year. When I decided to go with them and pay all the agreed fees, they took down the website to charge me additional costs to make the website work on the internet. Please don't fall for their calls and nicer promises. They are liars and fake people. Also, US Laws do not apply to them as they are based overseas. In addition, my emails are now blocked. When I raised my concerns, they were getting upset and shouting. We agreed on a working website for a year, and now I must pay for it to run. You can not even access the website. Unless you have free money to give away, please avoid these people at Proweaver.

  I simply agree with all of the reviews from respectful customers; I have had the same experience and believe that one star is more than they deserve. They squander one and a half months of my life and $800 for no website. I've been getting calls and emails from them for the past two years, and their services aren't even one star.

  This company has ZERO respect for no call lists. I get calls weekly. I have escalated to multiple managers without success of getting them to stop. I will proceed with a harassment claim if I can. Blocking their number isn't enough as they will just get another number to call. I don't even use their services BUT there is not chance I will ever consider them.

  I have told this company numerous times that we're not interested in their services and then still continue to call. It's almost to the point of harassment. I've even sent an email to the company, and I'm still getting calls!

  My company has been using Proweaver to build our company's website 7 years ago. We had to go through so many corrections in order to make it right. I had to literally draw on paper how we would like the change to be and they still didn't do it right.At the beginning of May 2023, I decided to update some pages on the website. Same thing. ***** and ***** asked me to draw on paper how I wanted it. I provided written instructions on how I wanted it to be and their team still make it wrong. Even right now they still didn't have it right. It's very frustrating working with Proweaver, especially with the people behind the scenes. They are the ones who made all the changes to the website. As a customer, we cannot talk directly to them. We had to go through a middle person and this is where the confusion comes in. There were many times this middle person doesn't understand the nature of the changes and she communicate it wrong to the team so mistakes continued over and over. It also seems to me they use many people to work on my website updates. This is why they continued to make mistakes because they were not on the same page. This practice needed to be stopped in order to fix the problem.I don't recommend using Proweaver. They are unprofessional and inexperienced.

  April 4, 2022 I paid Proweaver $1200 for social media management. They also included 2 yrs of website maintenance. in addition another $800 was paid to build the website. *************** told me that full payment was required before services would be provided. Several issues have been observed and reported to Proweaver in reference to website maintenance and social media postings. October 17, ******************* writing via email, text, and phone call to cancel my social media management and issue a prorated refund. No where in the agreement was there mentioned no refunds. Proweaver did provide services however only a prorated refund for 6 months is requested. The reasons for request are as follows:1-website set up- Spelling/ grammar errors found. Delays in requested updates. I also had to tell the company several times to add cookies requirements, copyright, data privacy, terms and conditions, ect. I also asked for monthly updates on site performance and was told to look it up. It took several calls/email before they would provide wordpress info.2- social media- Proweaver would send a listing of post prior to running them. I had to rewrite many of the articles due to content errors, grammar, and accuracy of content. They made inaccurate claims, promises and guarantees which my company does not offer. In addition, their research information came from other companies in the same field. Provweavers have been asked to retract their postings due to legalities. Upon working with another company, it was found that Provweavers had 10 other people set up under my social media accounts.On multiple occasions, I have reached to *************** to express my dissatisfaction and to resolve issues, however subpar service still occurred. I was constantly approached by *** to allow them to run adds, set up SEO, and send them referrals. I opted not to use their services due to poor quality of work.
