      I have been waiting over 2 months for my full refund. No one has ever gotten back to me. Please help

      The website locked up so that I can't make my $5 purchase for the store for Mother's Day 2025 and they took my $39 out of my account but wouldn't give me the store and then when I asked for my refund because they wouldn't honor their original agreement for the $5 store and kept trying to sell me another store for another 20 bucks when I asked for my refund then they said they can only give me half of my refund when they never attempted to fix the glitch in the email for the website for $5 to open up a store for Mother's Day they never attempted to fix it they kept trying to sell me another store for 20 bucks so I asked for a refund since they wouldn't honor the original bill and then now they want to try to give me half of my money back claiming that they opened my store they never could open the store cuz it was never paid for that's what they said but I checked on a beauty store and paid for the $39 to get 40 extra products into the store they took the $39 and then claim I never purchase store how could you pay for goodies to go in the store that they claim you never paid for that's like ********** buying all the products to sell at ********** without buying the building that doesn't make sense if you're purchasing the store for $5 it shouldn't allow you to buy the extra 40 items to add to your store without buying the store first that's what they told me I paid for the products to go in the store without purchasing the store that seem backwards you have to buy the store first before you buy the product to go in it you can't sit with products and know where for it to go that's what they trying to claim first now they're claiming that they built my store so they want to keep half of the $39 they said it themselves I never purchased the store so how could they put money in the store that was never built?

      Ive been trying to get a refunded & all I ever get back is dont worry youll get your refund but I keep leaving emails & live chats & still havent received it! They dont honor their money back guarantee in a timely manner its just excuses & no one actually doing what they say is being done! Plus when I bought the store it wasnt as easy as they say to set up, mine never got set up bc it wouldnt connect to my ******* account so just fyi its not as easy as they say!

      Their refund policy states full refund in 90 days. I asked for a refund 1hr later after purchase and was denied. Contacted bank and filed a dispute. They are a SCAM don't fall for it people!

      ************** was to build me a general store for $97 on the 22nd of January of ****. Once they went to set up the shopify store and saw my email had already been used they created me a new email. the problem with that is I have no way of check a email I don't have access to get the confirmation email shopify are going to send! So to this to I have no access to the general store and I have asked numerous times for a refund and I have not received that yet either. I only get general emails inviting me to sign up for VIP membership. That is not going to happen. with their shady practices I am afraid they might try to charge me in the future as well.
