We are writing in response to the complaint submitted by Chris Wilkinson regarding our company, Venture 24. We categorically reject the allegations that Venture 24 failed to complete the contracted app development project. The facts are clear and well-documented:
* Mr. Wilkinson contracted Venture 24 on December 12, 2022.
* All development files associated with the app were completed and delivered to the client on January 26, 2023.
* The claim that the app has not been completed is demonstrably false. Furthermore, the assertion that the project spanned five years is grossly inaccurate and unsupported by any factual timeline.
We maintain extensive documentation of our communications and deliverables. As of this date, over 205 emails, supporting documentation, and transfer records have been archived. These records confirm the completion and delivery of all contracted work within a reasonable and professional timeframe.
We urge Mr. Wilkinson to review his own records, including the final delivery and project closeout correspondence, before making further unfounded claims. Venture 24 has fulfilled all obligations in good faith, and we consider this matter closed from our end.

1 starTotal, utter, complete scam and waste of time. I know at least 15 other developers who experienced a nightmare with this company, and that’s just 15 I PERSONALLY KNOW OF! They string you along, make you think you’re investing *k- 10K for a “prototype” of your app. This take months and months, just to get something that’s the equivalent LITERALLY of what you could get on Fiverr in 2 days for $50. It’s just static mock ups with 0 functionality of pages of a generic app. Totally useless for me. Then the BIGGEST/UGLIEST/MOST RIDICULOUS part of the scam; they strung you along from the beginning with the promise of “seed funding” for your app. Not only does this seed funding not EXIST (I’ll come back to this) but also, though they promised you’d only need to offer a ONE TIME PAYMENT to enter the “incubator”, they then tell you you can receive (example) 180K if you give them another “10K’ of your own funds. Mind you- this is NOT Shark Tank, but you’re swimming w/sharks!! YOU NEVER SEE/RECEIVE/EXCHANGE this money. It is a fantasy, a carrot, dangled in the face of the eager entrepreneur...a figment, and they tell you these “funds” will go towards the development of the app...through THEM. So in other words, they could outsource the building of your app to a developer in India, or on Fiverr for 1K (and they don’t even DO THAT!!)- but tell you it costs “180K...of which you have to put up 10K.” - The whole thing is an elaborate, but not even well-orchestrated S-C-A-M. Out of the 15+ other people I’ve connected w/also victimized by this SCAM, NOT ONE, NOT A SINGLE ONE EVER RECEIVED A WORKING APP! Some got strung along for 2 years in this crazy scam!! Run, don’t walk. Unethical to the extreme. I’m sure fake profiles posted the positive “reviews”. Feel free to reach out to me personally if you’d like to receive more info from the victims of this scam who have started a group, are placing multiple complaints with the attorney general, filing lawsuits, etc. - SCAM! :(Venture 24 Inc

******************** review is both factually incorrect and grossly misleading.***** enrolled in our accelerator program on **June 27, 2024**, and from that date forward, our team maintained continuous, transparent, and documented communication with her. Over the course of the engagement, we delivered over 106 approved deliverables and provided 108 status updates. Every update required and received her approval before the next step was initiated. Our workflow is client-driven and strictly milestone-based, ensuring the client has full visibility and control throughout.What makes her accusations particularly troubling is the overwhelming evidence to the contrary her consistent approval, positive feedback, and praise throughout the process. She regularly used words like Thanks! Love it, Awesome, Looks GOOD, and Full speed ahead. These are not the words of a dissatisfied client. They are the words of someone who was fully involved and approving of each step until, inexplicably, she chose to file a chargeback after the work had been completed and delivered.Let us be clear: this was not a misunderstanding. This was an act of fraud. After benefitting from months of work, countless hours from our team, and the creation of intellectual property specifically tailored for her venture she attempted to recoup all funds via a chargeback while retaining the work. That is theft, plain and simple.Furthermore, ***** was offered a full path to launch through our startup services an offer she voluntarily declined. This was her choice, not a failure on our part. To now compare the scope and value of our enterprise-grade work to a "$50 Fiverr gig" is not only insulting, it's ************ for any association she may be attempting to draw with other individuals or groups, we are aware of these claims and the underlying motivations. Every client in that referenced group either received a full refund, defaulted on agreements, or refused to participate in the process. None of those scenarios apply to ***** she was served, supported, and accommodated far beyond the scope of a typical engagement.Our track record speaks for itself. We do not take lightly to dishonest attacks on our reputation, especially when the facts so clearly contradict the narrative being pushed.This response is backed by a complete record of communication between our team and *****, should any party wish to verify our account. 5 starsThere are a lot of app developers to choose from. However, there are not a lot of startup launch companies that do what Venture 24 does. If you want an app built, take your pick of developers. If you want a carefully thought out plan and execute to launch your startup, go with Venture 24. Very glad I did and excited for whats in store for the future. Thank youVenture 24 Inc

5 starsThis is my first time ever attempting a tech idea. I was unsure of myself or if it was even a good idea. Venture 24 reassured me and made the process even easier for me. They were always there to support me and took extra care with guiding me through the process. I would be lost without the help of the Accelerator. 5 starsI was not sure if Venture 24 was the right company for me and my app idea. It was not the easiest to implement. I had shopped many other companies but ultimately decided on Venture 24s accelerator program to help me bring it to life. I was also a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews I read. I used my best judgment as they were always prompt and helpful with everything I needed so I decided to go with them. Glad I did. I'm going to leave this link that shows proof i tried suing him and screenshots of our messages just scroll to the bottom to view everything.
