*** stopped by shortly after we called, and sent an estimate the same day.The work was completed with care - both for the workers and the property. Our huge Palo Verde in the courtyard was carefully removed, the team worked very well together, knew exactly where to cut, support and catch the branches without touching plants, walls or windows. We are very happy with the removal and excellent cleaning, as well as with the trimming and pruning of two other trees. A very professional and very friendly company. Fully insured, bonded and with great references. We will be calling *** for all tree services in the years to come and can highly recommend Cutting Edge!*** L

Excellent work, on time, professional, and extremely friendly. Took there time and did the job right, and took the time to explain after care of our trees. Our first experience with Cutting Edge Tree Services was just ************** answered my questions and promptly sent a cost estimate for trimming our large mesquite tree. The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Toms service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris. Don"t use. Very unprofessional. Were late arriving blamed it on a 10 year old GPS in their truck. They did call from a gated community that their GPS had sent them to. Couldn't even find the house with directions. We needed a fallen saguaro removed from our home. They looked the situation over and said they would email an estimate in an hour. We are still waiting. If they didn't want to do the job they could at least phone or sent a text. We have had 2 other people out for estimates and they were great, appeared to know what they were doing and with in a day we had email estimates. We have read some of their reviews on other sites. Not good. How in the world did you give them an A+ ratingCutting Edge Tree Service Response

Again, dear *****, we don't know why you are so upset. As we already replied to your review on Goggle, we were about 15 min late, due to our GPS, which can happen. If you did not get our estimate which was sent, other customers would call and ask, why they didn't hear from us, which can be due to getting into spam file or a misspelling in the email. We DID send you the estimate within 75 min, which is a pretty good response time and we have proof, if you need it. Please stop leaving bad reviews, as you see, all other customers were very satisfied with us. We are a small local company and human after all. If you found two other companies, all should be well for you.
