    I need assistance in getting a full refund. They have promised on 2 occasions to refund my money & have not. On 5/16/25, I purchased a travel plan & used my AE Credit Card where Tramerigo charged $1,799.00. I also signed the Tramerigo Membership Agreement & received a copy via email on 5/16/25. On 5/18/25, I tried to access my account & was unsuccessful. I requested a password reset several times & never received it. I called the ****************** at ************ & couldn't get through. For days I called, got their answering machine & left messages 3 times a day, from 5/18/25-5/21/25. No one responded. On 5/22/25 at 11:41am, I received a call from the ****************** & explained how I had no access to my account & wanted to cancel. The representative was very short & nonchalant & said that someone would get back to me within ***** hours. At 6:36pm EST on 5/22/25, I received a call from a Supervisor at the *********** named Jamour (would not give his last name). I explained that I was unhappy about the level of service, had no access to my account & that I wanted a refund. He apologized and offered x2 discounted travel packages and I refused & only wanted a full refund. He ended the call promising that he would process the refund. That it would take ***** hours for the refund to process, then 7-10 days to hit my account. Based on this, I should have had my refund by 6/6/25 and didn't receive it. I also emailed on 5/22/25 at 6:40pm EST & requested a full refund from **************************************** On 5/30/25 at 7:43pm EST I called the *********** at ************ & spoke to Supervisor ******* who said that my refund was NOT pushed through by Jamour. She then pushed my refund through & said process takes ***** hours + 7-10 business days for the refund. So I should have had my refund by 6/13/25. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND! I continue to call & sent emails most recently on 6/10/25, 6/15/25, 6/16/25 & 6/22/25 requesting a FULL REFUND OF $1,799.00. PLEASE HELP

    They promised wholesale pricing on flights and vacations and their prices are similar to other sites that don't require a membership and are not as expensive. I want a refund as they did not deliver what they promised. There were free vacations offered for attending the presentation and I never received these either. I have tried to contact these people and they keep telling me they will reach out and this has been going on for quite some time.

    I signed up for Tramerigo 9/16/24. They did not provide items as agreed. I had ************************************************************ 12 days. They have refused to answer/return calls or emails and are continuing to charge my card. I would like support in getting a refund.

    We signed up with Tramerigo 4/26/23 under extreme high pressure from the marketer. They offered so much for us to travel from 2-8/7 weeks free, PL Fees waived for 3 years membership, 3 additional users. Said it must be signed that day. They showed us such deep discounts at high dollar places in ******, savings of 10K, we were sold. When we finally went to look for vacations, it was nothing like they showed up. The free trips were in subpar accommodations vs the luxury they showed us. I tried to contact them several times via phone(agent gave us cell) he never answered, called the number, no one answered. I disputed it with my cc company in Sept 23, they denied it in Nov 23, due to no refund policy. We started looking up destinations again, nothing that they had was any cheaper then finding it online under trip advisors. I went to use the site back in Feb 24 and it didn't work. I called someone, they finally answered and said there was a new site. I got into that, started pulling up places we want to go and same thing, found them for same price on Trip Advisor. I decided to look again today, now its says my membership is expired. It was a three year deal. I have called ***** again to redispute but they will not let me. I am stuck with ******* that I paid for NOTHING and I no longer have access to the account. I tried to call them today, no one answered, just voicemail again.

    I paid them $2040 for a travel club plan that they promised a person would be able to book hotels, resorts, etc for 70% less than nonmembers could do so. When I tried to book a hotel for a week in ** for $149/week. They informed me that it was not for a hotel but for a resort for a week. The resort fee would be $1,000 if I booked it in April in addition to the $149. I started looking at their reviews online and saw they had lied to other people too. I called them and asked to speak to my original salesperson and they said he had no longer works here and then I asked to speak to a manager. During the presentation they said I can cancel it at anytime. I spoke to *******, a rep there, and she said I waited too long and they won&#**;t refund my money. I would like my $2040 refunded back to me.

    These crooks tried to talk me into buying into their travel company. I agreed to do a trial with only $100 down. After giving my card info, I immediately changed my mind. They charged my card $100 and said I would get it back in 3 days. Its been 2 weeks and nothing. Cj and ***** are both crooks. Do not trust this company,

    Attended a webinar about Tramerigo in exchange for a "free" week on a cruise or at one of **** luxury resorts around the world with no blackouts, no hidden fees, no catches. Was convinced to join by serval smart sales people, beautiful women in ****** as one example, who promised discounted airline fees, cruises, resorts PLUS now 4 free vacations all for $3000! She walked me through the website and promised I could also share with 4 other people. all for a significantly discounted deal of a fee of USD$3000. Now, I can't reach anyone. The "free" vacations include taxes and fees and there is NO investory, they aren't resorts, they are empty timeshares in
