Bought an engine from E ************************************************ I paid $1,895.00 for an engine that came from a junkyard which was not disclosed to me. Installed the engine after changing the recommended parts and some seals. Started the engine after priming the oil pump and it has an internal rod knock, which means it is no good. Contacted **** to discuss this, he asked me to run an engine treatment through it, I told him that would not work but to satisfy him I did it and told him I would drive it 100 miles. He agreed. Its now been driven 175 miles is gets louder with time, Eventually that bearing will freeze up an lock. Since that conversation on around December 19th 2023 he has disappeared, does not answer my calls or emails. I have sent multiple emails with videos of the rod knocking and am now being ignored. I would like a full refund, and if he wants the engine back, he will need to include the cost of shipping on the refund to send it to his facility.

April 26, 2023, I received an email from **** proclaimed owner of E Engines And Transmissions stating that they had a ****-*****Ranger-Engine 4.0L v6 in stock. So, I purchased said used engine on May 2, 2023, and had it shipped to ************************* here in *******, **. This is my certified mechanic who has worked on this truck ever since I have owned it. Once ************************* received said engine they removed the original engine from the vehicle and replaced it with the engine that was sent by E Engines and Transmission ($1349.54). After install ************************* got with me and said the engine was defective. It wouldn't build oil pressure and there was an obvious noise with the engine. Sounded like a rod bearing knocking. I got ahold of **** with E Engines and Transmissions and explained what my mechanic had told me per install. **** sent another engine once the engine was delivered it took a couple of weeks for my mechanic to be able to fit me back in their busy schedule. Once they could get my truck back in the shop to once again remove the old engine and replace it with the other one (another accrued cost of $1349.54) that was sent by said company. After ************************* once again installed another engine sent by E Engines and Transmissions (****). My mechanic called me to the shop to once again listen to the engine running and there is an obvious noise coming from the recently installed engine. So after finding out again that I was sent a defective part I contacted **** for a refund. He wanted me to send him a video of the engine installed and running. Since my truck is still at the shop I had my mechanic make a video and they sent it to **** and his supplier and now neither of these two entities are communicating back. So I am wanting a refund because **** stole my money and sent me defective equipment which ended up costing me a total of $3994.08. for the remove and replace of 2 defective engines
