Complaint Against: ********** (**** ************************ **** ****** Please note that you have the business listed as Cloers.io and it should be ********** That said, I hired **********, run by **** ******, and worked with **** ******, expecting live, personalized coaching to help grow my business. During the sales call, I made it clear I needed a slower, more personalized approach and was assured I would receive just that. However, once I enrolled, I discovered there was no real coachingonly a vault of thousands of hours of pre-recorded videos. This was not what was promised. Despite raising concerns, I was offered no accommodations (such as an extension or additional support). Instead, I was locked out of their Slack channel and Skool platform, effectively cutting me off entirely.Worse, when I requested a refund due to the misleading nature of the program, I was told I could only receive one if I wrote a positive review. This is coercion and an attempt to manipulate online reviews, which is unethical and deceptive.I have since disputed the charges with my bank, reported them to TrustPilot, the ***, and other consumer protection agencies. Their actions reflect a pattern of misleading sales practices and retaliation against dissatisfied customers.I am requesting a full refund due to:Misrepresentation of the program (no live coaching, just videos).Failure to provide the promised support after enrollment.Retaliation and restriction of access after I voiced concerns.Attempting to coerce a positive review in exchange for a refund. This companys business practices are unethical, deceptive, and manipulative. I am seeking immediate resolution and want this complaint on record to warn other consumers.I am uploading the contact they tried to force me to sign as evidence.

Purchased recruiting services from Closers.io for $18,000 with the understanding that I would be recruiting 2 individuals. The first individual came onboard, missed almost every call, would hop off of calls halfway through the call, then come back on 5 minutes before the end and then have the assistant close the call. I notified the team of the issues, however, it took them nearly a month to get back to me before beginning the recruiting process for the next salesperson. 45 days altogether. We were able to recruit the first ******** replacement, however, he was not closing deals either, then he advised that he needed to make more money and decided to leave two weeks later. I've since attempted to contact my contact at closers.io, and the team I was working with has been "terminated," i have received no further contact from anyone on the team, I've had access to my training removed, along with the slack channel I was working through.

We paid $17,000 expecting to receive qualified setters and closers under a "no performance, no pay" guarantee, as advertised. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be completely false. The sales **** provided by the company delivered zero results, with one setter failing to set up a single meeting. To make matters worse, they removed our access to the contract and also revoked our access to the course materials, for which we were supposed to have lifetime access. Only when we pointed this out did they restore our access. When we requested a refund, they claimed they were not responsible for the performance of the setters/closers and that their role was merely to assist with hiring, leaving the rest to us. A quick search of ad libraries reveals this is false advertising. We paid them to provide qualified sales **** and setters who perform and help ramp up, or we dont paynot for a course that could be accessed for free on ******* or elsewhere, or a hiring pool without any responsibility on their end. The company basically misled us and took our money with false advertising.Additionally, we noticed the same candidates showing up in multiple group interviews, even after we had already declined them, indicating a lack of a proper and thorough hiring process.Despite agreeing to review our dissatisfaction in a follow-up meeting, Closers.io unilaterally decided we didnt qualify for a refund without adequately reviewing our case. They simply emailed us that they dont issue any sort of refund and ceased communication. We requested the ******************** and our sales calls, but we received none of them.

I received a service in the form of sales training through a program within the company of closers.io. The program is called Remote Closing Academy. I participated and invested intensely into the program. The program cost a total of $9,300 dollars. They allowed me to pay off the program monthly, in payments of $200 dollars a month over 80 months. I signed ****************** services Agreement contract on March 31st. I have paid $900 out of pocket so far. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the results that this program has provided me. Therefore I would like a refund and to discontinue my relationship with the company. The refund policy inside of their contract states these words exactly. " if you meet the following conditions. If within ninety (90) days of your enrollment, you complete and provide proof of completing the following requirements: You participate in thirty (30) recorded role play calls with a partner, Complete 100 Job Applications and/or Business Owner Reach outs, and capture screen shots of each application; and Participate in six (6) one-on-one coaching calls with your Client Success Manager. If you are not satisfied with the training you have received AND meet ALL three (3) of the above eligibility requirements (and can submit proof), we will refund your tuition. This satisfaction warranty supersedes all other agreements. (Emphasis added)."I have attempted to email and call their customer support team multiple times to get a refund. I have all the documents gathered to qualify for a refund, but they all keep ignoring and avoiding me. I would be grateful for your assistance in this matter. Thank you for reading this.
