              72 Sold in Phenomenal! Houses really do sell within 72 hours, assuming the listing is priced competitively. 72 Sold has a unique way of calculating what the most effective listing price should be. Even when a house is priced below the competition, with the phycological techniques used in showing and negotiating, the final sale price is often above the list price, and above what the sale price would be if priced higher to begin with. This is revolutionary in the ************* region. I have been selling homes since **** and I have never experienced a marketing program as effective as 72 Sold!
