      The pool at ******** is supposed to be heated but currently is not as included and paid with amenities

      Hello Mr. ****************** you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all resident feedback seriously and want to assure you that we consistently monitor and maintain the pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

      Please note that the pool water temperature is checked daily and has been consistently set at 85 degrees, which is the standard temperature recommended and maintained for the past seven years. This temperature is commonly recognized as the industry standard for comfort and safety in community pools.

      If there are any specific concerns about the pool or its condition, we encourage the resident to reach out directly to the community office so we can address them promptly. Our goal is always to provide a positive living experience for all residents.

      This is concerning the seasonal rates that the residents of Cape Island Resort in **. Since they have taken over a privately owned resort, rates have increased at an alarming 70% between *********. The projected rates at the current rate they have been charging will be as follows:2026= $10,770, 2027= $12,364, 2028=$13,291,2029=$14,287,2020=$15,358.Cape island is a seasonal/6 month campground facility that is private and all own a Park Model home. This seems higher than the rate of property taxes. That is a tremendous jump for the residents, most of which are retired on a fixed income, hard working and middle class. The residents have bought property in *************************** thinking it would be a little piece of heaven but, now a nightmare and no end is in sight. Many residents are forced to put their homes up for sale because of the rising costs. We currently only have this one option.... place our seasonal homes up for sale. If the houses don't sell by ****** and dues are not paid, the resort will take your home. How is this fair? Written comments like: "If you fail to return the lease as noted, then this letter will be considered a Notice to Quit, terminating the current 2025 lease as of Oct 31, 2025 and demanding that you vacate and quit the premises rented to you at Cape Island resort". This gives little time to take the proper steps to stop the rate hikes and or question Legacy. The older residents dues have DOUBLED in three years time and increase of 70% Legacy seems to have no limitation. Price gouging and intimidation of senior citizens is the problem. Legacy is greedy and secretive and will not show what the current market analysis calls for or the expenditure budget that is calling for a price increase. Where is the money going? A projected 3.5 million dollar revenue will be collected this year, however such things like our roads are a disgrace. NO answers, no responses, no meeting will be provided. We want a cap on the rate increases and need your help.

      I sold the mobile home at ************************************ at ********************************* owned by Legacy Communities LLC on March 3, 2025. The new owner is paying the lot rent beginning on March 1, 2026. The problem is they LPV has not updated my status showing that we are no longer tenants. I just received a bill for March 2025 as past due, April 2025 past due and now May 2025. The property is not ours and this WILL NEGATIVELY impact our credit rating. COUNTLESS calls have yet to be returned. HELP

      I'm not liable for this **** with ELDORADO RESORTS CORP I do not have a contract I do not have a contract with the collection agency stating I would pay them I did not get the original contract that was requested

      I believe this review has been posted under the incorrect BBB account. While we do operate a community named Eldorado Court, our company is Legacy Communities and we have never had a resident with his name that has resided with us. It seems the claimant is referring to Eldorado Resorts Corporation, which is a different entity which is this  ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************;
