  The call to AZ Home Buyer was probably the best thing I've done in years. I read prior most of the reviews on this BBB website and I thought this ****** person sounds too good to be true. But, I will confirm, ****** does exactly what he promises and the whole sale from start to finish was smooth as glass. 15 monkeys jumped off my back - the only stress involved was the packing. I'd gladly give AZ Home Buyer 10 stars, but alas BBB only allows 5!

  My experience with AZ Homebuyers was top notch and I highly recommend them. The only reason to contact another agent is to compare how wonderful ****** and AZ Homebuyers are to work with and see how much better their offer is. I live in **** and had to sell my Uncles house in *******. I talked to at least a dozen real estate agents. Landons response was immediate and his knowledge about what my options were and what needed to be done was unmatched. I was cautious that he was a smooth talker and too good to be true. ****** is the real deal! He delivered on every promise and offered ******* money up front, before I even asked. No other RE agent talked about ******* money. ****** answered all my questions, explained everything clearly so I could understand and when I asked him for help with finding a law firm and locksmith to assist me in evicting the tenants his recommendations were spot on as well. Save your precious time, just go with ****** and AZ Homebuyers!

  AZ Home Buyer made my home selling effortless. They gave highly competitive offer for my properties, with 30k ******* deposited and inspection waived. On top of that, they do everything promptly including answering my questions and coordinating with the closing agent. They closed one of my properties in 5 days! I definitely will work with AZ Home Buyer again.

  I am a fairly experienced real estate investor with multiple transactions over the years. When one of my rentals came up vacant, I got a hold of AZ Home Buyer. Within two weeks, we agreed on a price, opened escrow, got a contract, got a down payment and closed! ****** followed up with texts, emails and phone calls to answer any questions I had, and everything went very smoothly! 5 stars all the way! I would highly recommend, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

  Easy to work with. I didn't have time to mess with a traditional sale. I had to take care of my grandparents. Their health and wellbeing was my priority. I took what I need from my grandparents home and left the rest. They made the transition easy with the 45 day closing and the $30k escrow let me know they were serious and one less thing for me to worry about. I'd recommend. THANKS!

  I had my ex-in-law's house to deal with and they were Hoarders so the house was not in the best condition. ****** was great to work with he was right on the ball every time I had a question he made the sale of the house very quick very easy and that is what I was looking for it took less than 7 days once I contacted him.   If youre reading this, I was in your same situation a few weeks ago. This was my first time selling a property for cash as-is, and I was skeptical. After doing extensive research, I was still hesitant that this was the right path for my family. After getting quotes from 6 different companies, I found that ****** at AZ Home Buyer had the best offer, and agreed to match a higher ******* money amount from a different quote. They offered a fast close and complete transparency.I could not be happier with the decision to work with ******! He was understanding and straight-forward through the whole process.   ****** was absolutely a pleasure to work with. His communication is top notch and he is not one of those haggling type buyers. He was very patient with my husband and I. I would highly recommend AZ Home Buyer if you are looking to sell. We were out of state sellers and had absolutely no clue of the process to sell an inherited home. He also offered an amazing referral to go through the probate process. ****** is amazing. Call him!
