    In my opinion I would never use this management company again,when we arrived at property there were pails of garbage over flowing, we sent pics and some one came and emptied them,there were many problems with the house which included outdoor light at entrance door not working,so it was hard to see, when you walk in light out with dirty tile looked like tape was on floor then taken off, broken tiles in many spots .light out in kitchen, most importantly we could not use kitchen for our entire stay,all the pots and pand were very old with the non stick finish worn out and dirty,finally after spending hundreds of dollars eating out,I had no choice to let the host from ION management know, his reply was why dident you tell me sooner and to go out and buy pots and pans and he would reimburse me, that wasent happening they had to know the condition of all there cooking pots and pan well in advance of out arrival,the glass sliding door dident lock for back door how does anyone rent out a house without a locking back door,massive stains in carpet.exhaust vent for second bedroom dident work, smoke detector missing above master bedroom door,toilet in master bedroom kept breaking,i had to go in the toilet and fix it many times,I have many pictures of every I talked about here,inside the kitchen cabinets were dirty and floor was dirty every where and it smelled inside the house,there were many more problems also,bottom line property management company should of refunded us at least 1/3 of what we paid,next time we will stay in ******* thank you.....
