    Purchased a Jandy connector with this business in July 2022. Sent multiple emails asking for an update and got absolutely no response. To this day the part has not been shipped and my card has been debited the money. Please be careful of this company they will take your money and run will never do business with them again and advise you to do the same.Order Date:07/13/2022 Order Number: *****

    Hi BBB,

    We absolutely did NOT charge this person's credit card. His order was cancelled on the same day the order was placed, due to the item being discontinued. As for his comment of lack of response, an email was sent from the shopping cart system informing the customer that the order was cancelled. It is possible this email went to his spam or junk mail, I just tried to resend the email again to him. The customer can verify with his credit card company that no charge from our company ever occurred.

    Hello,

    I now show the order has been updated to show a canceled status. Please note that the order did not show canceled prior to my message to the BBB which is a red flag. I never once received an e-mail and still have not despite what the vendor claims. I have checked all mailboxes including my junk mail. I do not show a refund or credit to my bank account and cannot locate the original transaction since I do not know what card was used and the invoice does not show the payment method. It could very well be that they credited my account as they claim. If possible they should e-mail me a copy of the credit, however I probably would not ever get one. I want to make you aware of this business as others have. They have bad business practices and target consumers like me hoping that they do not follow-up and wait months to years for a product they will likely never receive.

    I ordered pool cleaner parts from AZ Pool Supplies on May 29, 2022, in the amount of ******. my order # is *****. To date I have not received either my order, nor my refund. I have tried to contact them approximately a dozen times by leaving messages and emails, but to no avail. can you assist me ?

    Hi guys,

    This customers order was sent directly to our supplier to ship, unfortunately it was not shipped. A manager of ours left a voicemail for the customer. We let him know we have stock on hand at our retail locations and offered to discount the order, if he is still in need of the product. We have refunded the customer in the meantime as we await his return call.
