      I filed a complaint today and would like to add further to it as i have received more information pertaining to petsense's (in *******, **) involvement in this case. I have now had one of your employee's, who is also a co-founder of the rescue your store sponsors, threaten my safety to another employee. That employee has notified me as she felt i was in danger. This woman, known as ***************************, told this employee that she would punch me in the face if she saw me and that she has my address from the adoption papers that I previously filled out, showing intent to come to my home and become violent. This is horrendous behaviour and your store is directly involved in it. Your store manager claims you are not involved or affiliated, but your employee is a co-founder of the rescue you sponsor at their store and she is threatning me to others. I will upload, yet again, her name in a post from the shelter along with your managers that is naming a sick "store cat" after me.

      I had appointment for grooming was 15 min late and appointment was canceled staff had wen to lunch store closes at 2 appointment at *************** totally unprofessional and in sensitive to customer

      Customer was actually 20 minutes late to her appointment. The groomer had already taken a walk-in due to the apparent no-show by the customer and already had a full schedule following the appointment. In addition, the dog's rabies certificate was expired which precludes Petsense from grooming the dog. The store was not closed at 2PM and followed the normal schedule that day. The Store Manager interacted very professionally with the customer to explain the rabies certification issue and offered to re-book the appointment at her convenience once the rabies certification was current. The customer refused the offer for re-booking the appointment.
