            on March 9, I Purchased, a Toyota grand Highlander from ****** at Right Toyota, **********. He coerced me to do my financing through Toyota to get the thousand dollar bonus, and then I could immediately finance through my bank as a new car loan at the rate I was quoted. This rate was quite a bit cheaper than what Toyota offered. I asked him point-blank if it would be considered a used car and a refinance and he said absolutely not during the first 90 days its still considered a new car and a new loan. This information is totally incorrect and I ended up with a rate much higher than what I anticipated. Neither **************** the sales manager will return my calls.

            I scheduled a job interview here. I drove there and filled out the application in person and was told they were too busy to interview me even though it was scheduled and instead I would be getting a call back. That was on 4/15/24 no one has called to reschedule the interview nor has returned my calls. Very poor business practices.
