I scheduled a job interview here. I drove there and filled out the application in person and was told they were too busy to interview me even though it was scheduled and instead I would be getting a call back. That was on 4/15/24 no one has called to reschedule the interview nor has returned my calls. Very poor business practices.Right Toyota Response

We had a wonderful experience at Right Toyota! Our salesmen, ***** and ********* another young man, ****, in training, were very accommodating in agreeing to a trade in for our car to apply to a very reasonable final cost for my new Highlander **************** was extremely helpful, too, in explaining in detail the technology of my new car and, happily, offered continued assistance with further questions and continued service. The finance manager, ************, was also very thorough in explaining and completing the details of our lease. I highly recommend this Toyota dealership and thank all the gentlemen involved in our recent experience there! Thank you so much!Right Toyota Response

I purchased a truck 4 weeks ago and made a down payment of $1,000, with the promise to pay an additional $26,000 within **** business days. I also informed **** that I had a pre-approved loan to pay off the car. He stated, "We have you all set up with Toyota" when I didn't WANT a loan with Toyota. When I called Right Toyota to pay the $26,000, I was told my account had been sent to the financial institute and was advised to pay for the truck when my 1st payment is due. I received a letter from Toyota stating that my credit through the dealer was declined because my application was incomplete. NOT my fault! I'm left with nowhere to pay for the truck because Right refuses to take payment and my credit was declined WHEN I ALREADY HAD A LOAN from my banking institution that **** refused to accept. They expect an elderly person to pay interest etc. on $30,000 for who knows how long instead of taking my payment. I might add that I've tried to contact Right Toyota several times only to be sent to voicemail. ****, the Finance Manager, is never available and never returns my calls. Simply put, they are trying to milk this transaction for all the money they can get. I would only owe $715 plus tax, license plate and registration if they would take payment. Instead, they want to finance the truck and charge me nearly $50,000 over 5-6 years. Clearly bank robbery and disdain for their customers. DON'T buy from this dealership. Their behavior is exactly why car dealers are ranked right at the bottom with the *** and politicians.Right Toyota Response

******, we are not trying to make things more difficult for you or charge you more than you need to pay. The dealership reserves the right to cash the contract with any lender who will honor the terms of the contract as written. Our first priority is to collect the money for the vehicle by sending the contract to TFS in this case. Three days ago I bought a new Rav4 and love the car. The service, other than the manager of sales, was poor. The initial appointment went well and I went back a second day to make the purchase. I waited two hours for the sales person and was getting ready to go to a dealer in Mesa when he showed up. Because we found a dent in the car before purchasing, I had another appointment to come back and that salesman did not show. The Service manager said that it would take 5 days beginning next week to remove the dent, but the Sales manager got it done in 1/2 hour on another trip to Right Toyota. I am 85 years old and made four trips in the heat to finally get my car ready to drive. I was not treated respectfully and this is my regular neighborhood car dealer.Right Toyota Response

Wonderful ******************* I've been coordinating service for our 2 vehicles with ********************* for over 10 years. Fantastic personality and caring individual. Explains and goes into detail any maintenance that needs to be accomplished, especially anything safety related. Advises if there are any coupons related to the services that are required and helps you to find them so they can be applied. Especially in this new economy, every dollar helps.Right Toyota Response
