    My experience is with the sales Department, I realize most dealerships are heartless when it comes to being fair in negotiating a purchase. Id like to upload a copy of their offer and that it was a final offer. They overall owed on my trade by maybe 1-2k but their almost 2 year old last escape was marked down to 26.5k on their Website but on my offer, their price was 32.5k plus 1500 addendum plus another ***** dollar item that they offer. I know most will scoff or laugh at this! Of course I walked away, of course this is common among dealerships across ******* since I can remember buying my first new vehicle in 1982. Just want to inform those of you that can see this as crazy.

    What a great experience. Going in I hated buying a car because of the all day bickering etc. usually involved. What a great experience no one following us around no ******** talking to the manager about price none of it. Between ************ and ***** and ****** had a great buying experience. Can't forget **** who did the final paperwork. If you are in the market for a car what a great place. Can't say enough nice things about how I was treated. I also left something in my trade and they sent it to me. Thanks again to all.

    Chapman Ford is the one of the most disgraceful auto dealerships my family has ever delt with. They knowingly sold us a truck with faulty wiring that causes the truck to lose power and puts the lives of my husband, I and our children in danger . This truck has been in the shop about half as long as we have owned it. Which is all of 2 months and as the owners of a small business and this being the only business vehicle it does not allow us to be able to get our work done and provide for our family. When we called the dealership their resolution was to bring the truck in and trade it in for another vehicle which means we have to roll negative equity and have a higher payment. So much for having an honorable company. They saw an opportunity to get rid of a problem vehicle on an unsuspecting person and took it. So here we sit trying to figure out our options and not get into more debt.

    I strongly discourage using Chapman Ford, both as a fellow professional and business owner. While I rarely write such reviews without direct contact, my attempts to communicate with ***** Chapman have been ignored, compelling me to share my experience here, hoping to save others from similar issues.On August 9, 2023, I brought my black F-150 to Chapman Ford for an oil change and trade-in assessment. During the intake, I saw ********, the sales advisor, press the sunroof tilt button without any initial problems. I had previously used the sunroof without issue.After waiting while *****, the sales manager, inspected my truck, ******** returned with a trade-in offer slightly below my expectations. The details were vague, citing mileage and market conditions.Upon leaving the dealership, I noticed a wind noise from the sunroof. It no longer closed properly. Returning within minutes, ******** confirmed the issue. Attempts to fix it failed, leaving the sunroof closed but immovable.Talking to the sales manager was unproductive; he denied responsibility and offered no solution.******** later revealed that the initial trade-in offer considered the sunroof problem, which appalled me.Efforts to contact ***** Chapman yielded no response.This isn't the first questionable incident with this dealership. A prior visit revealed an inflated parts quote, which was rectified after I pointed it out.My meticulous vehicle records disprove any pre-existing sunroof issue.I'm now burdened with costly repairs for a sunroof that was functional before the visit. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership due to their untrustworthy practices.Please share your similar experiences in reviews to caution others.
