    I hired You Move Me for my move from Phoenix ** to ****** ** on October 12th, 2022. The day of the move, *************** called and advised he didn't have enough movers and its just him moving my stuff. So there was only one person moving my items. Which caused him to over load some items onto a dolly and drop them. One of which was a large, heavy entertainment systen with a fireplace which was loaded onto a small dolly, on its side and it was dropped and the whole side is completely destroyed and in pieces. Before I evem knew that happened, he loaded everything and didn't even tell me it broke. We were about to leave to ****** and the moving truck didn't start. I had to give the truck a jump. Things happen right, but I'm concerned the truck wouldn't make it. *** assured me that this happens all the time with this truck so we left. About halfway to the next city, I get a text from *** that the Truck broke down on the side of the road and his transmission blew. He assured me that he will get this truck towed to his shop and get another truck and move my stuff the following day. Next day, I was advised that there were no trucks or movers on such short notice but they would have to do the move on Friday. At this point I'm trying to be as understanding as I can since things happen. However, I get a call back about an hour later and was told the movers they found to help can't do it till Monday! I told him no, I need my stuff today! I needed it Wednesday but I was trying to be understanding. I called corporate to see if they could assist finding someone to help as I'm going on almost 2 days without my stuff and now they want me to wait through the weekend. A few people from corporate called and kept passing the buck. They found a completely different company to transport my stuff and thats when I found out my entertainment system was broken. They advised that *** told them I was aware it was broken which I wasn't. He lied and never told me he dropped it while moving it.
