    The Owner or *** called my phone to offer me loan of $25,000 told me that I was approved in the loan would close in 2to 5 business days but I had to pay a fee of $295.00 in I could pay the fee of $295.00 to his cash app I did in now there is not a loan or I have not gotten my money back tried calling over 10 times no return calls in ********* blocked my number.

    Forthright Funding is attempting to solicit my business to refinance my mortgage with deceptive and misleading letters. I have not contacted Forthright Funding, nor have I shared my information with them, nor have I expressed any desire to them to refinance my mortgage,

    We have removed you from further communications from Forthright Funding. You will receive no further solicitations from us.  But I would like to add that there is nothing that is deceiving on the flyer that your received and the information that is listed on there is pulled from public records of your last loan.

    I took out a re-finance in 2019 and was told my property would have to be taken out of the Trust for the loan to go through. I was told that the property would be put right back into the trust. I was told I did not need to do anything for this to happen. Last month (March 2023) I was made aware that the property was not put back in the Trust. I reached out to Forthright and was told they told me I had to get an attorney to get the property put back in the Trust. This is not true. I would not have gone through with the re-finance if I knew I had to get an attorney for the Trust. I reached out to the company that filed the paperwork (AMROCK) and they have an email from Forthright stating NOT to put the property back in the Trust. They made the decision, without contacting me, to not put the property back in the Trust. I tried emailing ***************************** and others in the firm asking them to please have ****** put the property back into the Trust. I was totally ignored and lied about what had happened. I don't want to think about the chaos that would have happened if I had died without realizing the property was not back in the Trust. They would not address that ****** had an email stating Forthright made the decision not to put the property back in the Trust. I have contacted the attorney that set up my Trust and it is going to cost a minimum of $800 to get the property back in the Trust. Forthright should reimburse the monies that I have to pay my attorney for their incompetence.

    The email from AmRock is just an email.  The reason that we do not put the home back in the trust is that the cost is too much to do with title.  No where on any of your refinances did we charge you to put the home back in the Trust.  With Title, the cost would be $350 as opposed for you to do it with a lawyer for less than $150.  This was communicated with you at the times of all your refinances.  We never even had a copy of your trust to put the home back into it.  I understand your frustration seeing that email, but you saved $1,750 by us not charging you.  I will reach out to you later to try to come to a solution.
