***** their monthly membership not worth the ********* husband originally set up an appointment for me at this location over a year ago and enrolled me in their monthly membership. For the first 89 months, everything was fine. I was going once a month for injury-related therapy and found it helpful. Then things started to fall apart.First, the therapist I was seeing for 8 months left. My next appointment was canceled, so I picked a new therapistnot a huge deal. But that new appointment was canceled last minute because the therapist called out sick. Again, life happensI was understanding. Then, our card on file expired. Instead of calling us (wed been clients for nearly a year at that point), I received a text saying payment had failed and all future appointments were canceled until resolved. That was incredibly frustratingnot only had we been paying regularly, but I also had 23 appointments banked due to their own cancellations. Still, I called, gave them the new card, and asked to cancel the membership. I was told there would be one final charge (because of their 30-day cancellation policy) and that Id have 60 days to use any banked sessions.7 months later, we just discovered theyve still been charging my husbands card. When he called, the manager claimed there was no cancellation form on file. She agreed to cancel the membership but refused to refund any of the past six months. She said we still had 60 days to use banked servicesbut never provided the form she claimed was required in the first place, even though we asked. We checked online. Nowhere does it mention a cancellation form and we haven't been able to find one. So either theyre being shady, or their policies are a ******* be clear: I never had an issue with any of the therapists themselves. But the membership system is flawed. They cancel appointments on you, make it hard to keep up with usage, and then make cancellation vague and difficult.

Worst membership policy you can't cancel before a year. I wasn't offered the 6 months option. I can't transfer any to my wife only 1 every 6 months. And when I had 5 paid for as nd only 60 days to use when cancelled membership. No refund of un used session, you use or lose attitude. Never again use massage envy

Horrible experience with them been a client for almost 4 years and someone hacked my credit card. While I was waiting for my credit card to be renewed, I got a call from them stating that they needed a credit card to continue having business with them. I explained to them what it happened. and booked a massage and told them when I come in I will give them the new number didn't want to give them my number over the phone. Keep in mind I had 3 1/2 massages on their books. The next day I got a call stating that they wouldn't be able to honor my massage until I gave them a credit card number I said I didn't want to give it to them over the phone and when I come in, I'll be happy to give it to them but they still refused and expected me to go there without having a booking and give them my credit card number I refused and basically they canceled me and took my 3 1/2 sessions away

After 24 years in the military and all the "beating up," I put my body through, whether willingly or unwillingly. I needed to find a way to rehabilitate my broken and aching body. That answer came after my first full-body stretch with *** at Massage Envy in ****************** Mall, ********!!!I am not one to write reviews; nevertheless, I had to share this with the rest of my military community (both retired and active duty) and a wider audience. Both my right shoulder (rotator cuff) and left knee were severely damaged after injuries in the service and years of "playing tough." Don't get me wrong! I did physical therapy in the service, but that was nothing compared to the treatment and results I have obtained from ***.After two sessions, both the flexibility and pain in both my knees and shoulder have improved. I am now convinced that pressure stretching works!!!Don't play tough like me! Go check *** out; I promise you won't regret it!!! Thanks *******v/r,********************* Retired *************. This company steals your money. I signed up for a year service in April and at the end of my contract they continued to charge my card after my cancellation. I called so someone can stop the charges and refund the funds that was taken. I was given two emails for ***** and *****,katey.*********** at massageenvy.com ,amani.hrmeat at gmail.com no reply from anyone, no follow up, no nothing. I called several times prior to end date of my contract requesting the form and was not given the form on many occasions cause they "forgot" it wasn't until I asked to stay on the phone so I can confirm receipt, sent form same day and again I am still being charged. The front desk staff is not helpful and I wish I never signed up with them. They cause more stress then needed.
