I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. I also added the gift wrap and although the regular shipping looked close, I purchased the expedited shipping too. Well, it did not make it before Mothers Day. I received a message from MYKA a day before Mothers Day apologizing about not making it for Mothers Day. Finally received package after Mothers Day. Package was flat. Gift box wrinkled. The only thing that looks original like listing is the actual heart itself. The names did not line up as I instructed and the beads did not look the same as advertised in pictures. The chain is also very thin. First purchase from MYKA and will definitely be my last. Placed an order and for 1 week has been showing "Label printed", phone call goes to Voice mail and no one available on chat.They responded saying nothing to worry about though cant explain why for a week **** tracking is showing as label created.About to report this to my credit card as fraudMYKA Response

There is always a short period of time when the order has already left our facility, but not yet scanned in the ****** system, that's when you see the 'Label creataed' status.

--The website kept trying to charge for 2 necklace amounts no matter that I totally scrapped order and tried again ---the website is poorly constructed so as to be very confusing as to what is actually included in mailing.---The company neglected to add the personalized note for the receiver of gift. They DID put in a BLANK note.---THE company neglected to add her personalized name to the gift box top itself. Waste of extra $12.00 charge.---The company tried to cover themselves with delayed shipping date by falsely citing "possible delay due to Hurricane ***" except *** happened in 2021 in *********. It is April 2024 now.---I would not recommend this company to anyone.---Poor IT skills, staff's very poor attention to detail.Because I added an extra $10 to shipping, the gift arrived one day before my niece's birthday.Not enough to make up for the rest.MYKA Response

I ordered a necklace for my wife for Valentine's **** The advertisement which enticed me to purchase from MYKA guaranteed that it would arrive by February 11 or 12, at the latest, in time for Valentine's **** However, it is now February 13 and the product is not even out for delivery yet as it is 10 hours away in **********. I placed this order on February 1, **** under the understanding that it would absolutely be here before Valentine's *** and it very clearly is not going to arrive in time. I am incredibly dissatisfied as I have tried to speak with customer service but nobody has returned my email.MYKA Response

Ordered a necklace with both my sons names and a diamond chip in the middle. The necklace pictured had the two names basically side by side with the diamond in the middle. Maybe the babes were two finger lengths apart at most. When I received the necklace, to my dismay, the two names are literally on opposite sides of the necklace/my neck! I immediacy reached out and requested a refund. I am being told that since the necklace is personalized, I will only receive store credit. However, the necklace was made incorrectly and I did not receive what was advertised. Super disappointed and unhappy with this companys customer service as well as their product.MYKA Response

Paid $300 for a 14k solid gold name necklace, ordered 12/22. Necklace delivered 12/27not bad right? Wrong. Chain was gold but name pendant was silver. Contacted support, they emailed return label to send wrong necklace back to receive new correct necklace. Their return label comes with a tracking number and shows they received the return on 1/5/2024it is now 1/18/2024 and they have yet to send anything regarding when I can expect the CORRECT NECKLACE I PAID $300 FOR ALMOST 30 DAYS AGO. They say they received my return but is hasnt been processed yet?!?! Its been 13 days!!!!MYKA Response

Well my husband ordered for me for an xmas present and believed he was buying a gold mothers name necklace. He paid for expedited shipping. Only one piece showed up before christmas which was a cheap pair of cubic zirconia c*** earrings that weren't even ordered. Weeks later a c*** fake tarnished link chain arrived and its too short for a necklace and to big for a bracelet. Not gold not silver trash. Ive seen better jewelry in *******. I dont even want to look at what he paid for this. This was shipped from ******* not america as advertised and i can assure you it cost more for fed ex and to clear customs and arrive at the home than this trash fake jewelry is worth. Took it to the local jeweler and he was shocked they took the time to add a small charm indicating its gold because when he tested it nope nothing real about it. Explains how it tarnished on way. Avoid this company or you may or may not receive what you ordered, it will arrive weeks or months late, and its fake crappy trash.MYKA Response
