      Ordered a Mothers Day piece and earrings 3 weeks before Mothers Day. Neither have arrived yet. They said there was a hiccup and offered a $20 gift card. Why would I want store credit when you cant even ship the products. ************. Filing a claim with my bank and my wife is leaving a nice instagram review for her 60k followers to avoid these con artists.

      ***** rip off company EVER !!!! Placed an order on November 22, 2024 still don't have IT !! ALL sorts of excuses, wrong address on my part, wrong tracking number all were LIES !!! Can not speak to real person, no phone number listed anywhere on line AND as of today 12/18/24 still no bracelet that I ordered nearly a month ago.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIFS AND LIARS ZERO RATING

      trying to return an item and it is impossible. They never gave an email confirmation, the box arrived without a receipt and they don't have instructions on how to return the item. I sent an email to to customer service and didn't even receive a confirmation for that. I can't even mention the order number as there ins't one.

      This company is horrible . I orderd an expensive name necklace that is no where near the size or quality of the pictured advertisrment. I send 2 emails along with photos regarding the issue & received no response from the customer service other than thank you , we will reply to your email within 24 hours no way of contacting other than email - horrible company

      Run DO NOT walk away from Myka as quality was sub-standard and customer service was even worse. Ordered a bracelet memorializing the death of our son to give my wife on her first birthday after his death. The photo pendant fell off the very first day as the anchoring clasp was so cheap. I contacted Myka to correct the situation and they would even acknowledge the letter I sent. Buyer BEWARE!

      It was my husband's very first Father's *** and I ordered a chain with our daughter's name on it. For Men, Myka recommended the 18 inch chain which they said was the most popular size to order. When we received the chain, it was like a choker size on my husband and looked absolutely ridiculous. With the extra protection plan I purchased I was able to get a reorder once I exchanged the necklace I had. I requested a return label and it took Myka 6 days to send it to me. I have never had to wait 6 days for a return label in my life. Myka mentioned that I would have to wait ***** business days to get the reordered correct-sized necklace sent to me once they received my return. I followed the tracking carefully, and saw that my necklace had reached their facility. I emailed Myka to let them know and they said my necklace was not at their facility and that tracking may not be correct sometimes. They sent me a return label for the United ********************** I asked them to confirm that **** had WRONG tracking information. After two days I received an apology email that they did, in fact, receive the necklace I returned. They sent me my reorder...HOWEVER, the chain was RUSTED and TARNISHED. I was so upset. I no longer wanted to work with Myka due to this whole process I had to deal with. Needless to say, they ruined my husband's first Father's ***. I asked Myka for a refund and they refused to give me one. WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T REFUND FOR A DAMAGED ITEM THEY SENT ME??? They only offered store credit which I agreed to, and of course now I have to wait 48 hours for the credit. This company is pretty much a scam. I feel like I was robbed and I highly suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKA. I will be filing a report on the Better Business Bureau and with the Attorney General, along with leaving one star reviews anywhere I can.

      It must be Scammer!!!I made a purchase and received it last week but they sent the wrong item.Since then, I have been trying to contact and resolve it, but I only received an email saying that it would be responded to in 24 hours, but it does not happen.Terrible customer service. There is no way to contact them if they do not respond to the email.I will contact paypal to have my money back since they shipped the wrong item.

      They are a BIG scam! I'm still waiting for my refund. I sent the screenshot that indicates the address where a delivery was supposed to be sent. I got a confirmation stating the delivery was made. I emailed them and told them I never got my item. What I got was an email saying get it yourself. And oh by the way we sent you a coupon with a discount for your next purchase WHAT A JOKE. 2 months later, I am still waiting for my refund
