They have been sending me notices about renewing a non-existent vehicle service contract. I finally called. When I spoke with a *** on the phone, he asked me for my car's info. I asked why he couldn't tell me the info himself, and he said it was for my security. I told him it was a very old car, and then he told me that what I really need is a home warranty. He then told me that my home warranty was expired. When I told him I never purchased a warranty when I bought the house, he then said he had never told me I had a warranty. I let him give me a quote, but then I offered to send him $1000. He was willing to take the $1000, even though his initial quote was around $150 with 2 years of fees waved. I knew this was a scam from the beginning, but I wanted to confirm that the *** was willing to lie to get me to sign up, which he was. I asked for the company name and he said Evercar for car coverage and 4EverHome for the home warranty.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry that your interaction with our representative left you feeling misled that is never our intention.

To be clear: we are not a scam. We are a legitimate business offering vehicle service contracts and home warranty plans through ******** and 4EverHome.

We understand your concern about being asked for vehicle information. This is a standard security protocol to ensure we are speaking to the correct person, especially if we do not have complete or up-to-date records from third-party data providers. As for the mention of a home warranty, our representative may have offered that as an alternative solution after learning that your vehicle did not qualify. However, if there was any miscommunication or contradiction in that conversation, we sincerely apologize.

This firm continues to send Final Notice to my home even after I called them several times that Im not interested in their service. The last time I contacted them, they ignored my response and continued to get me to get a contract and give them my credit card. When I saw that they were ignoring my complaint and insisted for my credit card, I told representative that I was going to report the company to BBB. When he said that he should be reporting me to BBB for negligence in disrepair of my house, thats when I hanged up the phone.

this is a scam, I tried to make claims on home repairs and they never followed up. They also don't have a legitimate website or customer support email. It's super sketchy.

I have no idea who this company is. I do not have a home warranty, so how could it expire one month after the notice was mailed out.

Agent from this company kept sending notices to my house that my home warranty was expiring (I bought my home 6 mos. ago!) and to give them a call. I called and explained my house was just bought and so was still under a warranty. He said it was not and needed ****** to update. I gave him the ok for the ****** and when I received the contract it was for ****** per month which was not disclosed. I quickly sent an email the next day cancelling the contract and asked for my money back. Of course no response. There email address ought to tell you something

I receive post cards periodically from this company. We don't have any services from them and we find their mailings very deceptive. Why are they so called BBB accredited?? I thought the BBB had higher principles?I gave them a one star but I'd prefer giving them nothing!

This business sent me a postcard indicating I needed to act quickly as my home warranty was about to expire. The card was addressed to me. My husband always takes care of this type of thing but he was on an extended trip so I called. I asked the person who answered point blank if I currently had coverage as I didnt think we did and he would not give me a straight answer. He kept saying we needed to get this resolved and get our coverage. After asking him several more times he finally admitted we didnt,Yesterday I received a letter from this same company signed by ***** ****** Marjeting Director stating I had not responded to their previous notification that I needed to contact them immediately to ensure my coverage was not lapse. It also stated that failure to call would result in me bing liable for all costs. This is nothing but a scam and I think this company needs to be investigated. Im apparently not the only person who has received these communications as I see several complaints about this oractice

If there was a no star rating this company would get it. Got hooked when they sent a flyer saying my current home warranty was about to expire. They said they were better and had a high BBB rating. Well, after paying thier expensive initial outlay of money and expensive monthly payments I find out they are not going to pay me for my hot waterheater tank. They said it wasn't covered in the items covered. WHAT???? Tried to talk to the claims adjuster and customer service. They gave me the runaround. So, here I am with a hot watertank that is about to flood my garage and I payed a lot of money to them for what? It seems I'm not the only one having problems with this company. No matter what happens to the hot watertank IT SHOULD BE COVERED and they are saying it's not. FORGET THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DECEIVERS WHO JUST WANT MONEY.
