      They have been terrible with our warranty and its been a nightmare. We will have to call our lawyer. Really terrible company. I will never recommend anyone to buy a home from them. Terrible condition. Should have bought an older home. This home is in such bad condition and its brand new. I am not pleased.

      Built at Eastmark in ****, **. Had our home built 2022 in march. Absolutely terrible 1 year review. Still 18 months out and they have poorly scheduled corrections and still no eta when everything will be completed. I would not recommend a home built from them. Waste of time, money, failed met expectations, and not as advertised. Their communication foreshadows trying to hope you forget to follow up and move on. Unprofessional and prey on those lack of resilience reaching out to them weekly.

      Ashton Woods built my home 2023. Had our 1 year inspection. There is NO seal between the sill plate and walls throughout the entire house. Missing or improperly installed insulation. They state on their site how energy efficient the homes are with tight construction, improved insulation system and right sized HVAC. Ours is a 3 ton.it should be a 4 ton. When our inspector did the thermo scan, it looked like our walls and around our baseboards were on fire due to no sill plate seal and poor insulation. There is an average of 10 degrees difference from the bad areas to towards the middle of a room. Not to mention our outside outlets are NOT grounded along with our family room and primary bedroom. Oh not to forget, some of the duct work is not connected. I would not recommend Ashton Woods. What a big disappointment. All this along with what was wrong within a week of moving in. There was no option to give zero stars

      Ashton Woods put a 3 ton outside condensor with a 2.5 air handler. Fire hazard and home could have burnt down to the whole block being burnt down. Consequently , the ** unit has almost no airflow, wires frayed, and of course air conditioner DEAD!
