      They do nothing to help the process. I received a phone call from them that, when I answered, I was asked why I had called them. They have told me that the **** website, can never be trusted when tracking your progress. They are supporting the ***** when my application has had dates altered by SSID...when SSID moved my progress backwards. Centauri was recommended by ************** My application is at 690 days when the national average is ******* days and Centauri tells me be patient. I have gone through all of my savings and have sold nearly all possessions of valve. Centauri health solutions is the absolute worst!!!

      ***** **** ********* and Centauri are a fraud they call you saying that their services are free of charge but once you are approved, they are charging you up to 30% of your back payments. I do not recommend anyone to use their services. They leave you in the dark on what exactly is going on with your case. If you fire them, they still can ask you for a fee for the services after they withdraw services that are claimed to be free of charge. They lie about a service fee from the start.

If potential eligibility seems likely, we assist healthcare consumers throughout the application process to secure that assistance and receive benefits. All information is provided to us by our trusted health plan or hospital clients and is kept secure at all times.There are situations in which we offer our services for a fee. The terms of our assistance are fully disclosed. If a fee is required, we will only proceed with the understanding and agreement of the applicant. We understand Ms. ******** frustration if her circumstances changed during the processing of her application and the need for a fee arose. Our services are voluntary and can be refused at any time of there is no agreement with the terms of service.       Huge red flags from the get go!!! Had my sons first AND last name (which is different from mine) asking to speak to the parent/guardian of.... mind you this call was at 7:38pm I only gave my first name & then they asked for his DOB... which I wouldn't give unless they told me why they were calling.... said they had a referral from our insurance provider (they had the correct provider) but I said what is the referral for.... wouldn't tell me... asked well what does your company provide services for? Wouldn't even tell me that just said contact your insurance & were very quick trying to end the call after me questioning. DONT FALL FOR A SCAM!!! Can't belive some company is going after KIDS like this!!! F****** pathetic.

      I was contacted by them to help my daughter get disability benefits. She has a great amount of mental health issues and they didnt help at all. Im the one that had to do all the calls and submitting. When I would call them they would say contact SSI, well what are you doing!? In the end my daughter got denied due to the health records they received which wasnt ALL of them they centauri was supposed to submit. Then I tell them about the denial thinking they would help appeal, NOPE! I got a letter of them withdrawing.I found an attorney that will take my case though. Dont go through them they are just interested in the chance of somehow getting money. They are useless and dont properly represent their clients. Im still not sure how they ended up with all my daughters information to begin with.10 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

      I received a letter from Centauri in early ****** informing me that I may be entitled to SSI and/or SSDI benefits because of my medical conditions (which will never get better, or will get worse). I filled out an online questionnaire with Centauri on April 12, 2024. They called me back on April 15, 2024, and electronically sent the info to SSA that day. I logged into my SSA account, and this was verified. I filled out paperwork for Centauri and SSA and remitted them ASAP. SSA informed me in writing that a decision will not be made for at least 6 months after the date of application. SSA approved my claim for benefits on August 22, 2024, and I received a letter from SSA on August 27, 2024 stating this. I verified the letter from SSA by logging into my SSA account, and the information matched. I'm sorry to read about all these negative experiences other people had with Centauri. They also got me 12 months of back benefits, to the tune of $18K+.

      I got a letter with on my healthcare providers letterhead. When I got a call from them as well I didn't understand why they were contacting me about SSDI. 3 weeks later I became disabled and called them to assist me with applying for disability. I was told that I would be called back as their system was down. Within ********************************************************************************************** After 3 hours of medical information I was asked to sign an electronic document with some Attorney's name on it and when I questioned it was disconnected. I wish that I had not shared the information that I did but my instincts told me to ****** them which led me to this site. This Company is a **** and is not affiliated with my health provider. I told the *** that I was speaking with that I would have to have my Attorney friend look into them and the Docs that she wanted me to sign. She quickly ended the call. DO NOT give this company your information or precious time.

      0 stars if possible!This company was horrible they called my mom asking about my older sister.Saying she didnt qualify.My mom started talking about my brother with autism.My mom gave them my brothers SS number.Big mistake.They sent in paper for my mom to sign it was talking about ********.We brought the papers to my brothers therapist and she told us that it wasnt trusted.We are going to the SS office on Monday to make sure they didnt do anything.**** this company they scam vulnerable people.You guys are b****** that have nothing better to do.Go get a life and a real job.

      ZERO STARS!!! I received a call from this business stating they could help me sign up my granddaughter for SSI and that they are working with her health insurance to assist us. I received the documents that I was to sign and return. On it, there's a gentlemen listed as the payee. I looked up what that means and I'm not signing the paperwork. No one else is going to handle her monies except for me.
