Filled out the online questionaire which was ignored by my investment advisor. The advisor asked questions which triggered my defensive (protection mode) behavior and had nothing to do with their ability to invest my money. I answered questions twice and got a "really"? This company tried to make it my fault. Why would I do business with a company which ignores a questionnaire which they developed and they ignored? *********** quite a bit and have ALWAYS trusted my instincts about "shady" situations. There is something wrong with the way I was approached. It's easy to advertise but the actions to the consumer should be commensurate to the words spoken. This is not a good fit is an understatement. A very generic online form was filled out initially. Our advisors are held to a high standard, and it stands to reason they would want to get to know you on a deeper level. Instead of appreciating that fact, you were ****************** and uncooperative. Because of that, you will be better served elsewhere.

Trajan Wealth is an amazing team of professionals who are very knowledgeable in their field. I recently became a widow and found myself in need of assistance in how to best utilize my finances. My wonderful Husband of 45+ years had always taken care of everything. So, I also needed someone who was willing to understand my situation, deal with a great deal of questions, and really listen to my concerns. Even though this has been a very hard time emotionally, the entire team at Trajan Wealth, after listening to me, offered me wise counsel in how to best set up my portfolio, and walked me through each step of the process. They continue to check in with me and have become not only my wise counsel but feel like friends that I have met along the way. Every time I need a question answered they respond quickly and always take time to listen, explain, and inform me of my options. Because of Trajan Wealth team members like ***** and ***** some of the stress and pressure I had at the beginning of my new situation has become less stressful as I know they are there to assist and guide **** would recommend them to everyone as they will listen and help you establish a portfolio that is customized to meet your needs.

My experience with this company is that they treat people very unethically. After being brought down for an interview, they told the recruiter, not me, that I wouldn't be moving forward because I was asking too much, yet even when provided evidence to the contrary within their own firm, they didn't care. Then weeks later they suddenly extended an offer, said you have 24 hours to accept, and then took it back anyway because I didn't accept on the spot like a beggar. Keep in mind, this place also tried to make me accept a salary less than their recruiter offered. They are absolutely dishonest and discriminatory in my opinion. I would want to work with and for a company with strong values, and who treats people with integrity and respect. There were multiple opportunities for them to correct their wrongs and resolve, and they think they are untouchable.

Once we determined **************** was not a good fit, we revoked the job offer before he had accepted the position. His actions afterwards have confirmed the wisdom of our decision.We wish him well.

They "determined I wasn't a good fit" the week after the interview because I asked to be paid the wage they advertised, then suddenly extended an offer 4 weeks later. Apparently that was not enough time to determine **************" so they extended an offer. Further, "actions afterwards" are referring to me holding this business accountable and informing the public to my experience. It's as if they've gotten away with these actions before without consequences.

Their platform is not user friendly and received very poor service from Trajan staff. The advisor was late to appointments multiple times and their client services team made mistakes when transferring my accounts over. When problems came up they exhibited very unprofessional behavior and became very defensive instead of offering the support that they tout

Esteban's expectations were unrealistic and not obtainable. He requested us to report on assets that were not under our purview, demanded immediate responses, and asked for detailed accounting breakdowns which were clearly outlined on monthly statements. He involved numerous departments heads in his frequent correspondence; CEO, COO, Compliance, Ops Chief, etc. Esteban was very unprofessional in speaking with his advisor and our staff. We asked him to leave and have his assets transferred elsewhere.

Comments by business are totally inaccurate and misleading. The only ones unprofessional and unreasonable were Trajan's staff (including their leadership). Anyone considering this company just beware, despite having a signed advisor agreement, they will want to raise your fees if you try to request help from them. The advertise personal service and transparent fees but do the exact opposite. I began transferring my accounts out immediately after I refused to accept their ultimatum and continue being treated that way
