    I paid for and had a vinyl fence installed for ******* in August 2024. This purchase includes a year long warranty, per vendor and his website. I signed a contract , which after repeated steps to try to obtain a copy of, since he conveniently left my home with it, have been fruitless. My fence is falling apart. Brackets are cracked. Screws are missing. Slats are falling out because they were cut too short. Pillars are not level. Vendor initially replied same day and asked for pictures. I did not hear from him again until under threat of contacting BBB and AG. Vendor is blaming me and his words (my fat dog). Stating upkeep of the fence is my job. He's not my chore boy. Admitted to using planks with manufacturing errors, which I would never agree with. Now he's living in *****. At first he said he could fix at the end of May, then when I didn't hear from him, he said July. Everything is in email and this cannot be denied. Job was completed in AZ. Said he left town because his well dried up. He doesn't have a well. I went so far as to check just to prove how much of a liar he is. I just want my money back because this fence needs a complete redo by someone knowledgeable. He also lied about obtaining an ROC. AZ law states any fence installed in the amount of ******* does not require ROC. So he lied about that too.
