********************** buying a *** Service Contract. I paid over $1500 for an extended warranty on my ************************************************************************************************ newer cars. The car dealer sold me on this warranty when he said it covered electrical issues. The *** fault light (Blind Spot Monitor) light came on so I had my mechanic check it. Both outside mirrors had a problem. One of them had an electrical short and the other had a heater problem. Both of these are a safety concern so my mechanic replaced them. When he contacted the *** rep he was told mirrors were not covered. I had to pay $450 for this repair. This was an electrical and safety problem. I will never buy an extended warranty again.CNA National Warranty Corporation Response

I have a current claim open to get a new engine. It has been a miserable ordeal to deal with. I had a lot of people who were unhelpful. Instead of highlighting the people who were unhelpful I would love to shine the spotlight on someone who was extremely helpful, ***********************. Every other person I dealt with between the ******* dealership and ******* corporate first and then c&g repair shop and CNA just seemed to brush me off. *** went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. Please please tell her boss or whoever needs to hear it that she is an amazing asset for your company.CNA National Warranty Corporation Response

I purchased gap insurance through this company when I bought my car. Unfortunately I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. My vehicle insurance paid out right away to my finance company, but I am getting the run around to get the gap paid off. It seems like they are trying to avoid paying out my contract/ claim that I purchased. I have sent them every document and piece of paperwork I can possibly get, and they are not honoring their end of the contract. I am now stuck paying off two car loans at the same time, which I cannot afford. I have nothing nice to say at all unless this issue gets resolved quickly. I'm very upset and unsatisfied.CNA National Warranty Corporation Response

Contract language written in a manner to make claims near impossible, forcing engine test down to determine cause of gasket failure prior to repair authorization. Loss with warranty period, for ******* miles covering power train and broad range of parts, refused to authorize repair of a covered loss. Service contract is not worth the paper its written. Avoid this company as they are deemed unethical.CNA National Warranty Corporation Response

I originally bought my 2014 ******* Equus from ***********************. My experience there was great, and I was upsold a CarMax warranty, which is backed (and apparently gatekept) by CNA.They got their money for the extended warranty back in 2021 when I bought the car, they honored a few repairs from the SAME AUTO REPAIR FACILITY becuase CarMax was not working on vehicles directly. But as the list of repairs grows, the willingness to replace the car back to its original state is the least on CNA's mind. They are worried that THEY are getting taken for a ride. When in fact, I was.At least I know that Central Automotive will do the right thing and honor their warranty 100% on the alternator they replaced, which happens to be a genuine OEM ******* part & NOT honoring only 43% with the cheapest parts available like CNA National Warranty Corporation.Elevated to 2 stars due to not completely denying my claim.CNA National Warranty Corporation Response

Have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica that was brought to the dealer with a bad transmission, CNA will only let the dealer use parts from their own supplier, dealer refuses parts from outside sources and will not warranty the work. I guess you cant bring it to any shop like I was told by CNACNA National Warranty Corporation Response

2017 jeep wrangler. Oil housing and sending unit is the problem, I have the extended warranty and this covers everything that has to do with oil except the problem.. I was told by one rep I could take it to garage to my choosing. This rude lady tells me it will only be covered if I take it to a actual jeep dealership.. why so they can then tell me " oh misunderstood and we won't cover it and they would charge me twice as much as the garage I have " . This should be covered regardless what **** shop i put it in ! This company is a joke and I don't recommend anyone using these people they are crooks!!! And if I could give them no stars I would .. not even worth 1 starCNA National Warranty Corporation Response

We would like to clarify why your claim was denied. First, the failed component is not covered per the type of contract you purchased. Secondly, the component is covered under your manufacturer's certified preowned warranty. That is why our representative told you to return to a Jeep dealer as you should have coverage through them. We apologize that our attempt to be helpful resulted in some confusion.Review from Jo C

Purchased the pro certified lifetime wrap warranty when I purchased my **** Edge, 4 years later I need to use this expensive warranty I purchased and they denied my claim and cant explain the mileage amount between when my water pump went out and the head gasket cracked ** I didnt drive this vehicle much daily. They didnt give options to try to appeal or get any of it covered. I have a car I cant drive nor can afford to fix, the whole point of getting the warranty which they promised it would cover everything. The worst customer **********************, I will tell anyone and everyone to never purchase a warranty if its through CNA National. They dont care about their customers at ALL.CNA National Warranty Corporation Response

We reviewed your claim. The engine portion of the claim was denied due to overheating. Per the terms of our contract, overheating is a non-covered condition. We did, however, provide coverage for the water pump. Your claim was handled in accordance with the terms of our contract with you.Review from Matt N
