1 starFormer employee writing this review as I was terminated last Monday. There reason was I did time card fraud. When I asked how they told me I wasnt to clock in for my shadowing s**** so basically they are saying I should have been working for free, Last *** I checked its illegal to be a any job off the clock while working. They didnt pay me for the time I was training. They time Id receive a termination letter and I have yet to receive a termination letter. Reached out to multiple people in the company and they have declined my calls and not responded back to my emails.

Time card fraud was committed by this employee, as evidenced by documentation from leader around this conversation with this employee who requested to shadow (not train) a different position. Employee was told prior to his personal shadow request, that this must be done on his own time, unpaid, as we do not pay for shadow experiences, nor was he going to be considered for the position he wanted to "shadow." Employee clocked in and out for this self requested shadow experience that was not to be compensated as he was not in that position or being hired into that position. Therefore, this was not training. We do pay for all training for our employees.
Employee was sent unemployment brochure per State requirements, informatation on when would receive last check, Cobra information, and benefit information. We do not given written termination letters, and are not required to do so by Arizona law.

1 starBUENA VISTA at the *********** location, threw my son to the streets to freeze all night, after he tested positive to the rapid covid test ! He had no money, they offered no medical help, no ride home, they didn't even call the known family member. Highly outrageous! The dude escourted him outside & said leave, he was rude and threatened to call police. HEY BV, you should be ashamed treating sick people this way !!
