    I am filing a complaint against ***** Sarthi, a company that claims to provide clinical rotations for international medical students seeking residency in ******************I paid a $500 deposit on 24/03/2024 for a clinical rotation. Subsequently, the rotation was cancelled, and the company promised to refund my deposit. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, they have refused to return my money.The person I was dealing with is namedToya Banks, who claimed to run the companys Chicago division **************************. However, the payment on my receipt showsGirlfrindzz IIIc, *******************************************************************************. The company also lists a location on their website in ******* ***********************************************************************************. USMLE Sarthi is dealing with shady doctors, taking advantage of international medical graduates who rely on their services to gain clinical experience in the **** Additionally, multiple students have shared similar negative experiences on social media, indicating a pattern of fraudulent behavior.I have receipt, contract and email correspondence as evidence of my transaction and communications with the company.

    ***** ****** takes any student concern seriously and always strives to resolve issues professionally and transparently. In this case, the student booked a clinical rotation through our platform and was directedper our standard processto a rotation partner, coordinated by **** *****. The fee was collected by the partner, not ***** Sarthi directly, and all subsequent refund requests required coordination between our platform, the administrative partner, and the supervising physicians.
    We disagree entirely with the characterization of our business or our partners as shady or fraudulent. Our refund process can take time due to essential verification steps with external parties, but at no point did we refuse the refund. We worked diligently and ethically with all involved entities, ensuring compliance and full review of the request. Ultimately, the student has confirmed receipt of the refund.
    To further clarify, USMLE Sarthi serves as a platform connecting students with carefully vetted clinical partners. The companys partners manage payments and local coordination in accordance with posted policies. Such policies commonly require administrative checks, and it is not uncommon in clinical rotation arrangements for refunds to be delayed while all parties validate details.
    We take student feedback seriously, maintain robust safeguards, and have a strong record of ethical service to thousands of international medical graduates over many years. We request that this case be marked resolved and closed, as the complaint has been resolved in full with documented refund to the customer. No pattern of fraudulent behavior exists, and this complaint should not negatively impact our business record.
