    In a short version, the owner of this company ******* would not send me an RMA to return a part that didn't fit my car, after more than 3 weeks of no responses, I filled a dispute with AMEX. Two days later he calls me and rips my head off swearing at me in from of his employees and telling me I am a thief etc, I said look, I will have the dispute dropped the second I get your RMA, I did get that and I did contact AMEx, I have proof and sent that ti him as well, Sent the parts back to *******, waited 2 weeks, still no refund, I tracked the package and showed signed and delivered to their company, Emailed, called and had zero response from this man. So I contacted AMEX again and disputed the charges, I let him know that and since that day, he calls me. non stop, calls my office manager, calls my business partner, he left me of all people a bad review on my company website using a fake name. This is getting to the point of harassment beyond means. His reputation on his reviews show he does stuff like this over and over, he should not be in business and he needs to be stopped with his business practices. He is putting a bad name on my business over his own problems. I am not sure what can be done, but he should not be a business owner. that kink sums up how he does business. ****************************************************************************************************************

    ************************* has stolen 1,482.08 from my company. He filed a chargeback on all of his pieces. 

    He is a theif and we will continue to ****** him until he pays ** back.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    I ordered a set of head and tail lights from this company almost a year ago. To this day I have sent emails and have made several attempts to contact them in regards to my order. When I do a lookup on their website, it still says the order is processing. The single email I have received back just referred me to what this processing status meant and gave some short time period that it should take for it to move to the next step. All other attempts to get any information about why it had taken so long to get the order has gone unanswered.

    October 21, 2022 for the amount of $295.79 for an exhaust system for my vehicle. They never fulfilled order so I cancelled. Payment was done through affirm which affirm told me ffperformance had to process refund. Ffperformace confused with first original order and said refund had been processed when the first purchase never went through either. After various emails over a span of 8-9 months issues is still not resolved and affirm has taken all payments including adding fees which make the total to $341.51 and Im left with no refund nor product in my hands.

    Dear BBB and ******,

    I sincerely apologize for the mistake that occurred regarding the shipment of ******'s brakes. Unfortunately, a new employee inadvertently sent the brakes to our new shop rather than the designated delivery address.

    Regrettably, I was out of town when this incident occurred and could not promptly rectify the situation. However, I have now returned and taken immediate steps to correct this error.
    The brakes have been sent back to our suppliers, and we will be issuing ****** a full refund shortly. I deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused ****** and assure you that we are taking steps to prevent such errors from happening in the future.

    We ordered carbon fiber side skits from this company for a 2018 camaro ss which totalled at about ****. The dude Chase ia a LAME and has given us the run a round for about 6 to 8 months . Now the shop is **** Give ** our money back!

    Purchased a suspension kit from this company on Dec 7, 2022. I heard no response from the company for a couple weeks. Dec 20,2022 I sent an email requesting to cancel my order because they said they were backed up I needed the part asap but after my request to cancel they went ghost on me. Sent several emails and called them constantly and never received a response. I then contacted affirm letting them know my situation since I used them to purchase this item. Now April 18, 2023 out of nowhere I received a email stating they were shipping my item. Immediately responded stating to not ship the item because I no longer want the item, nor do I still have the vehicle. Their response was we cancel your order and told me to sell it locally or on eBayWhat company does this. Their social media is full of negativity reviews or people being scammed and a victim from this company. I would like my money back

    A $384.00 product was ordered from this company in December 2022. The company Function Factory performance was the company that the product was ordered from. They kept in contact, and answered emails my wife sent until 90 days past purchase date, which conveniently was the deadline to file a charge back with my bank. Since we have sent several emails to the company, and attempted to contact the company by phone daily. They have not responded to any emails, nor do they ever answer the phone. I have all of the emails sent to them requesting a update on the product, or to refund my money if they cannot deliver the product. All of which have not been replied to.
