    transaction date was June 13, I emailed them July 11 to cancel (within the 30 day notice written on their site for cancellation)I've emailed CS a few times and they have not granted refund, only offering an additional 30 days of a service I didn't use. ** says the refund language has changed. I know what I read and I'm coming to BBB to share my experience and hoping this will be seen by another person and they will refund me my $47. This service is with **** ******* and **** Graizioli. Two millionaires who I know can afford to refund me the money when I cancelled within the 30 days and barely used their system. Thank you!PS my bank didn't give me an order number, but card number is a **** ending in 1335. transaction date 6.15.25

    On 14 May 2025, I watched an infomercial for Mastermind for a cost of $1. As it went along, it stated to take advantage of the program there would be an additional cost. I lost interest and exited out the video without signing up. On 14 June 2025, ********** charged $47 to the **** I used to pay the $1 fee. I never authorized this charge nor signed up for any program. On 13 July 2025, I was charged another $47. On 15 July 2025, I contacted their support and they informed me that when I watched the video, there was a VIP 30-day trial that kicked in. I informed them that when I signed up to watch the $1 informercial, there was nothing stating that there would be a trial period and to cancel any membership before 30-days. On 17 July 2025, I received another email stating that they sent email reminders stating that I could basically cancel. I responded stating if this was a true membership, I would have received an initial email "congratulating" me along with how to access the program, which I received neither and it should have mentioned the trial period. I have NEVER received an email from ********** concerning this subscription. I don't have an account/username/tracking because I was never set up on an account. In each of their emails, they never once stated that they would cancel my "subscription," instead they keep offering more incentives to keep it. I seek a refund and the cancellation of this fraudulent account.

    In violation of ******** Anti-SPAM Legislation, this company has begun sending unsolicited emails to me without my consent. I have not at any time opted in to receive emails from them. As a ********, the may not email me unless I have a business relationship with them or have otherwise opted in. I have neither. Their blatant violation of said law can leave them liable to damages of up to $1 million shoudl I chose to file suit.
