  I wanted to like this training, as some of the information they shared I did find of value, however their business practices are a huge turn off. I never received a single receipt for any of my original purchases and was then charged $197 for two months in a row when all I bought were 3 courses. Reaching out to their support team is a waste of time because you don't ever get an answer, and when I disputed my charge they were kind enough to respond to my bank, but would never respond to me. Clearly keeping their $197 was more important than maintaining a customer relationship. Don't waste your time learning business from a company who can't seem to run their own ethically.

  The only reason I give 2 stars is because I was refunded the program fee since I wasnt locked in by a contract.Upon signing, I was optimistic for my business growth. They did offer as some helpful information. However, joining the recommended ****************************************************************** I have to run a business, not try to engage and friend 10 ************.Along with the ******** strategy, fb ads were losing me money, something they strongly suggest and base their success off of. It just doesnt work for everybody.Trying to get help from tech was like pulling teeth and tbh, while sitting in the group calls, the owner would come off very condescending and really blame the one paying for the program for not growing their business rather than admitting there was some disconnect with his program and helping a business grow. They are a marketing company. They have never worked in the esthetics field as service providers so I dont feel they are the best to guide beauty businesses. And yes, although some information was helpful, that information was not worth the cost, you can get that info for free from other programs/coaches/mentors/podcasts.

  Would give negative stars if I could. These flashy people are just high end scammers. They tout promises of doubling your income in 90 days, constant support from a team they employ, and making back the cost of their program in months. In reality, theyre going to charge you 5k for 6 months of their content, which was made by former employees that they publicly fatshamed, and the support they say to offer is nowhere to be found. Not to mention, I didnt double my income after several months with this program, and when I had a question I was told to ask someone else going through the program, or to just do it as if I was in a **** commercial. The whole basis is on spamming ******** and they often talk about people getting kicked out of groups or banned or even getting put in ******** jail because thats literally what happens when you spam message on ********. These people are fake, they play the victim whenever something goes wrong for them, while they actually are taking advantage of and victimizing others. I have told everyone in the industry that I can not to give their money to these criminals. They also told me they guaranteed results, or I would get my money back, and when I didnt get results and tried to get my money back, they refused, and as it was months down the line, I couldnt even dispute any charges because it was too late. Stay away from Real beauty bosses. Theyre not real beauty bosses at all, but rather real big busts. Just look at the other reviews and youll see exactly that.

  If I could zero stars I would! Because giving this company 1 star feels wrong. The one thing this company is good at is selling you to drink the kool-aid. But dont fall for their elaborate skeems and charming ads. This company is targeting small beauty businesses owners and they should be ashamed. They hook you with results from other clients, but their methods of madness is joining FB groups and spamming pages and people in these group. You dont need to pay $6k to do that. Their weekly calls are hodgepodge Q&As with people at all different levels of the program (some asking repetitive questions and some asking unrelatable ones) and most of the time when you ask a question they just direct you back to a 1 hour video in their portal. They promise one-on-one coaching but only during certain house, and even those are a go-around of oh just copy and paste this in a group and copy and paste this in a chat. If you actually want a personalized landing page you have to pay more a month, and all you get is a cheesy page with stock photos that are not on brand at all. I asked for help redesigning it and was told, oh you can figure it out, just watch the this video (insert link). For $6k paid out over 6 months I was hoping for more, but I thought at least I can continue to learn and fine tune things after the 6 months well apparently that costs more a month too! The inconsistencies I got from the so-called leaders of this program are so infuriating! ****** on top was when a video was released of the *** fat shaming another leader in the community. This company is a disgrace. They pride themselves on uplifting and empowering women, but thats a lie. Im trying to dispute charges, but it may take a while. Save yourselves the trouble and just dont get into business with these people. Im so disappointed that I trusted them. Never again!

  Couldn't say enough good about what this company has done for me and my business!! I have doubled my income over the last 60 days. Awesome owners who really care about their clients and their businesses!!! Five Stars!!!*****************

  Not worth the money. they just want you to join 1 million ******** groups in your area and then make dumb posts asking people whats the best date spot? Or how long have you been living in insert town name? Then you have to respond to them and add them all as friends, then tey to start conversations with them via messenger before asking if they or anyone they know need help with their hair. This will get you kicked out of more groups faster than you can say boo. Maybe this works in small towns without many options, but it definitely doesnt work in a major city. People see right through it and feel like you are spamming them. The weekly live trainings are unbearable as everyone is at different parts of the online training and the people who have just signed up ask the same questions week after week before even starting the online trainings meaning the live never goes past very basic remedial things. Save your money for a company that will build you custom ads, a funnel and hook you up to high level. That was a far better and less expensive option that actually made me thousands of dollars.

  Please do not give these scammers your money!!! They are a joke! RBB they look like people that was in MLM and found a target market on beauty professionals to scam **! They know a lot of us need help on getting your business off the ground and they have no interest or idea to get you clientele! what they want is your money and dont do it!!! Its a scam! They are using tactics that real businesses dont even use! Trust your gut!!! They will take your money! Do not plug in no information on their database! Because they will take those information against you!Use that same money and invest at the beauty show and get real professional to help you or mentorship programs with people you know that are in the industry! No these clowns!

  There is a program that will increase your visibility, requiring a lot of work and it doesn't bring in the ideal clientele for your needs, it rather brings in a pretty cheap clientele. They are also all about the money, they scammed me 500 $ for a renewal I didn't approve and this required my credit card assitance to pay me back. Would definately NOT recommend there services unless you are aiming low quality. Sorry RBB... pretty lame. There are a lot of other comapnies that offer the same coaching at a fraction of the price and target the right clientele for you.

  I have been working with RBB for a few months to grow my business. They are nothing short of a miracle in my life! Everyone who works there are sweet, caring, and real. I speak to them on a daily basis. The owners k ow me by name and remember details not just about my business but about my home life. They truly want whats best for you and all that you do!   If you have a lot of time and money to waste buy there ! RBB/ Rainmaker /real beauty bosses professionalism is awful ! There is so much time going back and forth for every little item that needs to be done . The system isn't apple /Mac compliant . Every little thing that needs to be done on the program takes over a week of back and forth with repetitive reminding! The program is $500 a month and there still doing modifications . The program can work for some but not everyone but it takes to much time to get anything done through them directly. There a lot that disappoints me with this program they literally took my money and ran.
