    BICYCLE RANCH-NICK (shop *******) and ****** (owner) deserve a MILLION STARS! Today, we finally found what we have been searching for! The PERFECT, BEST BICYCLE SHOP IN ALL OF *******! BR is a family owned business in ********** for the last 15 years. A neighbor knew my husband had a love of mountain/road biking and he LOVES BR. Evidently they have been going to BR for many years and have had the best care with buying new bikes & bikes service. I couldn't wait to get home and write this review. My husband has many bikes and have yet to find the perfect bike shop. TODAY WE DID! My husband talked to the owner, ****** about options. ****** found us the perfect bike! We went in and had the pleasure of visiting with **** who was the deciding factor on not only buying the bicycle, but that we had truly found our forever bicycle shop to buy and maintain our bicycles. **** WAS SOOOOOOOO KNOWLEDGEABLE, INFORMATIVE, SWEET AND HAD THE VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS of anyone (Yes anyone) I have ever dealt with. He knows more about bikes than the people who built my trek! lol I think so! He was also very helpful regarding explaining my new Trek Rail 5 Gen 2. I want everyone to know what an amazing shop this is. I also bought a bike stand. They have lots of great accessories, at great prices. They also have a huge supply of bicycles- all types and brands! The store itself is super impressive starting with the quality and quantity of bikes and then the icing on the cake, the staff which are just ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN THE **** **** spent so much time with me educating me on my new bike. I also met several other people that worked there and all had the same outgoing customer service way! IBR has the perfect combination of bicycles, accessories, incredible owner that treats you like family and the best staff EVER! THANK YOU, ****, ****** AND BICYCLE RANCH FOR THE BEST DAY EVER! I will never forget it. WE WILL SEE YOU SOON! BEST BICYCLE SHOP EVER!
