    Early March 2025 we contracted with Big Bully Turf in ********** to have turf installed in our back yard. $10,000 job expense. Salesman was top notch. Install crew was top notch, on time and cleaned up after install. Two weeks later March 20th we started noticing bermuda grass growing up through the turf. I called the company asking for a person to come inspect the issues and was told he would be there Friday April 4th but no one showed up or even called to explain why. I have since called at least 5 times from April 7th thru today April 16th and cannot get anyone to call me back to inspect the issues or eliminate the problem. I keep getting told on the phone by their answering service that they will mark this as "Urgent" and expect a call within hours. I am still waiting !!! Unacceptable and horrendous customer service for the amount of money we paid.
