    I have been a resident at this complex for several months and have experienced ongoing issues that reflect both poor property conditions and unprofessional management practices. Maintenance problems are rarely addressed in a timely manner, and when reported, the response is often dismissive or lacks follow-through. Recurring pest issues (especially roaches) continue despite regular cleaning and multiple reports to the office. The air conditioning is also unreliable and unable to cool the apartment adequately during extreme heat, leading to high utility bills and discomfort.Beyond the physical condition of the property, my greatest concern is with the conduct of management. It has become clear that decisions are made based not on tenant needs, but on personal preferences and favoritism. There is a noticeable lack of consistency in how rules are enforced some residents are allowed certain leniencies while others are penalized for the same behaviors. In several interactions, Ive observed management acting in a way that feels politically motivated and unprofessional, creating a hostile and unequal environment.Requests for assistance or clarification are often ignored or met with condescension, depending on who you are or whether you seem to align with their personal views. This lack of objectivity and fairness is extremely concerning and contributes to a stressful living environment.Given the high rent prices over $1,600 for a one-bedroom the property conditions, lack of transparency, and clear bias in management decisions are unacceptable. Im submitting this review with the hope that it brings attention to the need for accountability and more professional, impartial management practices.
