      "Forever Vent" sent ****** and ******* the two technicians that came to my house to take care of my issue I had with my HVAC system were cordial, cooperative and professional and gave me a Veterans discount and I hope will prove corrected right within a couple of weeks. -customer Fries.

      We had an AMAZING experience with ************ from Forever Vent! Not only were they extremely professional & arrived on time, but they were honest, hard working men, who made me a lifetime customer. Thanks to ************, our home is now safe, fire hazard free from previous workers not knowing what they were doing and our home even smells wonderful! Thank you guys for completing our vent cleaning, AC unit cleaning, and dryer vent repair. I give these two guys 10 stars!

      The ** contractor (Phil) ********************** works with is a scammer. He charged $600 for the two hours it took to clean the vents in my home. OK, I agreed to the price, but I was not home at the time he gave service (a friend was there). He called me and said the job was all done and demanded immediate payment. I send payment on *******, only to find out later that he had not touched the vents in the second floor of my house. When I contacted him about this, he said that he doesn't work in rooms where people are sleeping. Which is fair enough, but he didn't tell me that when he demanded payment. And I would have woken up my friend so that he could get in those rooms.**** said he would come back next week to finish the job, but it's been three weeks and he isn't returning communication. Stay away from **** and stay away from **********************!!

      take us all in, gas and time was still wasted for me to have to go back and forth between the repairs with the ac company, time was taken off of my job to handle their s**** up and they refuse to reimburse THEIR FAULT OF ACTION only the repair costs THEY CAUSED. Stress, emotional, mental and physical damages caused by this company i could not be anymore displeased of this. I encourage you to go to a different company. Here we are one week later and we still have no check in our hands only excuse after excuse, were now being told it will be another 2-3 days before we receive a check for our ac repair bill. If i could give this company -5 stars i absolutely would. A horrible experience. They did not care that i have a two year old sitting in ***** degree hours from 11am to 6/7pm until the ac repair man said they couldnt fix it until the next day, i had to pack up our animals my child all of my childs needs while Im dripping in sweat wanting to pass out, but they dont care about you!

      We had an excellent experience with Forever Vent. The technicians were informative, polite, clean and were very organized with their approach, optimizing the amount of time they spent in our home making it extremely convenient. Our vents were professionally cleaned and sanitized in no time and our filters were changed as well. We immediately noticed a difference in our air quality and our children seemed to sneeze and sniffle less after the vents were cleaned. Would highly recommend them and plan on utilizing their services again in the future. They also cleaned our dryer vent and left no mess in our home.

He provided thorough information regarding maintenance scheduling and pointers on things I can do as a homeowner to insure that my appliances perform at maximum capacity. **** is an excellent representation of the quality of service Forever Vent provides.
