Alexia Clarke company never notified me in writing that I was signing up for a recurring charge of ****** when I did the trial program over a year ago. No notification is sent to the purchaser (me) that my credit card will be charged. She refuses to refund the money after the dispute was raised with my credit card company. She lies that the purchaser did not follow the cancellation policy but none was ever sent or provided because first I never signed up for the yearly recurring fee and in fact never used her program past the trial. This is a typical scam. She is a scam artist and I am requesting a refund on a charge for a service I never received or signed up for.Initial Complaint

The marketing for her challenge was misleading. It led me to believe I would be paying $15 monthly, but instead, I was billed for the entire year. This is not what I intended to pay, and I have reached out to request the cancellation of that transaction, but the company has not responded.Initial Complaint

On march 23, 2024, I've subscribe to a 1 year membership to ************************************************ forward, I stopped using this app & forgot about it.On march 24, 2025, I was billed $249.99 and I've reached out to their customer service right away as I was surprise of this billing, and I requested a refund as I didn't want to pay for this service. They informed me that they sent a notification "In addition a notification was sent to you 30 days prior to renewal." which I never received. Based on review on the app store and on BBB website, I am not the only one having the same issue, being billed without email prior to renewal.Initial Complaint

I signed up for the Alexia Clark online program on 30 December 2023 for AUD$265 and I did not use it.However, the issue I would like to report is that on 30 December 2024, this subscription automatically renewed and without any prior notification or renewal I was charged AUD$403 (approx $240USD).So not only was it automatically renewed without notification, there was a significant price increase. On 30 December 2024, I saw the payment on my credit card statement and immediately cancelled my subscription and the emailed Alexia Clark requesting a refund and I was only a few hours into a full one year program.Alexia Clark has refused to refund any of the money.Initial Complaint

I have yearly subscription for online fitness app and wanted to cancel. In December 2024, I got into the app to cancel but could not find the place unless opening via website, the cancellation did not go through, I was not able to complete cancellation. So there was a charge on my credit card for it for the whole year of 2025. I reached out to them asking to cancel my membership, prorate and return the money. As I'm not going to use for the whole year, and they refused to do that. Not sure how to proceed, but I'm asking to cancel and return the money. I cant believe they can just ignore and keep the money for the entire year? Please advise. Thank youInitial Complaint

I believed i was trying a free trial. I was unaware it then defaulted to a $269 monthly fee until I saw it on my statement. I attempted to log in and cancel but unable to from the app. I contacted the website multiple times with no response. I again finally only received a 1 line response saying to reset password with an invalid link and also unable to access my account. I requested the company to contact me multiple times with no response and no offer to cancel. I asked for someone in the company to cancel my account for me as to avoid another monthly charge and have no response other than I need to cancel from the website which I cannot access. The next month is coming and I refuse to pay. This program is a scam and completely unprofessional. I have seen similar comments on social media.Initial Complaint

I signed up for monthly access to the app in Jan 2024 ($29.99). I noticed i was charged $180- which is the annual access. I immediately emailed them, and i was told i selected that one and there was nothing they could do (no refund was issued). I had access to the app for the year, but never used it. I went in several times and cancelled the "subscription" and deleted my bank info out- I even have confirmation of the cancellation- but come Jan 2025- they charged my bank account $249. They were not authorized for $180 last year and they should not have access to my bank account any longer. This is an absolute scam, and clearly (based on other complaints)- i am not the only one being scammed.Initial Complaint

I have not used the alexia clark app or subscription in over a year. They continue to attempt to process a transaction on my creidt card without authorization. I cancelled my subscription on their app, however they are indicating that I cannot cancel without purchasing another years subscription to their app. I do not want access to the app or have my account open anymore. but they will not respond to emails or phone callsInitial Complaint

I have cancelled this service through their website and sent them requests via email to cancel. I have requested a refund for two years in a row and for them to stop charging my card. They confirm my cancelation via automated emails but have not responded to any of the emails and have not refunded my money. I have also reached out to them via social media and received no response. In total they have charged me ****** since I asked them to STOP. I want a refund and for them to stop charging me.Initial Complaint

On Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, I subscribed to a monthly plan on Alexia Clark's website for access to her exercise program. There were two options listed on the website. Option 1 was $29.99 per month, cancel anytime. Option 2 was $15 per month, annual subscription. I chose option 2 because it did not state anywhere on the website that I would be billed one lump sum. I immediately contacted Alexia Clark's service email address and had not received any information or solution. I wanted to change my subscription over to option 1 because I did not want to pay $179.99 up front. I wanted to try the program out first. As stated above, the website did NOT state that I would have to pay the entire year fee up front. The company has done nothing to help me. I have an email thread to prove this. I would just like a total refund at this point and no longer even want access to the website.
