    Ordered *** complete set (see Blaze DVDs Order Confirmed.pdf).Inspected them upon receipt and found damaged ***. Attempted to seek replacement ***. After promising to exchange the *** they stopped responding to my emails. It has been three months and three requests for response (see Blaze *** complaint email exchange.pdf). If they had helped me with the damaged disks, that would have been fine, but ghosting me is unprofessional, discourteous, and unacceptable.

    I ordered 3 complete series from Blaze DVD; Heartland, The ***** Of ******* and Pretty Little Liars, multiple discs from each series would freeze and skip/ some didnt even have data on them. I asked for replacement discs and got turned down because they expected me to be able to watch 3 complete series all in a short amount of time, that is not doable for a full time worker. So it took me awhile to get through them, 2 years later and I just now finished all 3 series. And still have not received any replacement discs for those that are faulty, very irritating as I spent well over 200$ on these 3 sets and was guaranteed good quality and in return I got a bunch of faulty discs.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for the issues you are having with the DVDs you ordered. Unfortunately we do not issue replacements for items that you have owned for more than 2 years. We have the longest return period for any company selling products, and we stand behind our products. Unfortunately though, even with our extended return and replacement policy, we cannot just replace items after they have been used for over 2 years.

    ******************* Series Box Set (Seasons **** + 3 Movies)7-11-22 called and talked about bad DVD and still had more of Dallas ****** to finish. Mention that its hard to see 14 season in short time and more yet to see. Said no problem they would take care of all bad DVD's.7-12-22 sent an partials e-mail with current bad DVD.7-28-22 shipped 5 of the 8 bad DVD 8-8-22 sent e-mail listing the 3 DVD that was not replaced and 2 bad DVD since finished the ****** 9-19-22 called about missing DVD 9-20-22 lady call and sorry for dropping the ball. will call and find out where the replacement DVD are and to send what you had in stock. would call back and let me know when rest would ship.9-30-22 called and left message as no one has called back to let me know what is happening 10-4-22 shipped 1 DVD 10-10-22 called and left message 10-12-22 called and no answer 10-24-22 called and left message 10-25-22 e-mail sent to me stated you have sent missing DVD. Still have not received any of the missing replacement?1****-22 called and left message. Resent e-mail 11-17-22 sent message by *********11-23-22 sent e-mail about poor customer service and please ************ left message 12-2-22 there has been no reply as yet Don't understand what is going on as we still have 4 bad DVD that have not been replace?Your help with this problem is greatly appreciated.

    Sorry about the delay in getting those newest replacement discs sent out to you. It appears the rep you talked with sent the replacements you had originally but with the discs being added on at a later date there was some issues getting the replacements from the manufacture after so much time had passed. 

    If you can get us an updated list of which discs you still need I will get that taken care of for you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
