This business owner, ****** "****" ****** is a *****! He cannot be trusted with fixing any vehicles. He kept my vehicle on his property for quite some time and stated he would "get back to me" with estimates. He did not contact me in a timely manner. The times I called him, he claims he hadn't had the chance to check my vehicle because of his incoming customers, and at times would not answer my calls. I could not leave voice messages at times because his voicemail was full and did not respond to my text messages. He maliciously stole my vehicle from me by claiming my vehicle was abandoned and claimed he was not able to contact me due to his loss of contacts from getting a new cellular phone. **** had worked on my family's vehicles as well as my own and has had prior invoices with my contact information with my name, address and phone number. **** has also visited me at my workplace to pick up payments for work he's done on my vehicle and knew how to contact me. The times I did speak to **** by phone to get my vehicle back, he claims he couldn't reach me, due to his loss of contacts from getting a new cell phone, informed me of all the work he did on my vehicle and stated he went to a third-party title company and had a certified letter mailed to me to contact him. I never received such letter, and because of this, he stole my vehicle and took ownership of my vehicle's title. After his response, I angrily demanded my vehicle back and he stated he would return ownership to me after I pay him for all of the work he's done. During our two phone conversations about his lack of communication and his returning MY VEHICLE, he continuously hung up on me. He is a poor excuse for a human being, and I am not the first customer he has betrayed. He does not deserve to be in business for being a liar, a cheat and a thief for stealing customers' vehicles.
