    Terrible business agreed! No communication, completely rude, had my vehicle for at least 3 weeks the first time. When voicing my concerns afyer initial repair they talk over me and act as if I'm a dumb women that doesn't know anything about her vehicle. Took it back multiple times because of noises and concerns for my safety after. And was told it was my transmission (which a dealership has said other wise) and told to leave the premises calling me disrespectful and doesn't want my business (after I have already paid them of course).

    Terrible Business, completely understand the *** rating by the BBB.Took my vehicle in for a check up, its not the best looking thing but it drives.Not sure if they looked at it over the 3ish weeks they had it. Did not call us, we had to call them.Went to pick it up, parts were dangling. Went to pick it up a second time, filed a complaint with the "Manager" about the customer service.The "Owner" appeard and began verbally abusing me and my wife, told us we are trespassing and needed to leave immediately. Cops were called to resolve dispute.Owner indicated he has "Barred" me for life from any Aamco service station in the future.I would encourage others to avoid at all costs.
