    Unfortunately I am extremely dissapointed with the customer service and final product and I feel like I was scammed. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchase.Customer Service: Owner was very responsive prior to the transaction. When it came time to deliver, the delivery was rescheduled twice and on the third attempt they no-call, no-showed. No heads up, messaged on IG, left multiple VMs at their shop. It wasn't until I threatened a refund that they responded saying they were in the hospital. While I sympathize, from the reviews below, my experience doesn't appear to be a one off. I told them that I was available to pick up the crate myself out of fear of getting blown off again - should have asked for a delivery credit.Quality: Upon receiving the product, the wood is cheap pine that is barely sanded prior to staining. The pocket holes for the screws were not stained and stick out like a sore thumb on an ebony stain. The stain itself is inconsistent like it was rushed (just like the sanding). I requested an inset sliding door instead of an exterior barn door track as I wasn't fond of the farmhouse look. I wish they would have confimed the hardware with me (I requested a shop drawing or photos but was ignored). They simply put wheels on the door. No track on the bottom or top so the door guides smoothly. The door wobbles and gets stuck - you pretty much have to use 2 hands to operate. Not to mention my dogs are scared of the kennel because its clunky and makes a ton of noise when you open it. Instead of using a guide/track, they built a 2" gap they made in the wood instead of installing an actual hardware track. The worst part is the doors are now built into the product so we can't remove and install the correct hardware that should have been installed. I'm dissapointed to have spent this much money on a product with such poor quality. The material is probably less than $200 and from the looks of it they did not spend much time on the assembly.     We ordered custom crates with matching ****** bed over 3 months ago. They accepted payment and still have not delivered. No return emails. No return phone calls. They even went as far as to delete a comment on their IG instead of reaching out to us and solve the problem. This business is a scam. Do not order from them
