  *** was very knowledgeable about computers. We needed help getting our new computer set up with all of our files from our old computer and he was able to accomplish this in a timely manner. We will use them for all our computer needs.

  Bad experience. We have an Apple Mac Book Pro that got minor water damage. We took it to ***** and they said it would be $1,200 to fix it, regardless of the damage. That was not going to work so we looked around. We checked first to make sure this company had technicians experienced with Mac Book Pros. The person on the phone assured us that was the case. The technician arrived to our house to look at the laptop. He had absolutely no idea how to fix a Mac. It may not have been an intentional scam but this guy knew nothing. After telling us he could not fix it he attempted to have us sign their online forms and charge us $125 for the trip. This trip was worth $0. After giving him our credit card he apparently did not run it through correctly. That same day we started getting emails that we would be charged $185 (the visit plus and appointment charge) and that we had to pay it immediately or it would be sent to collections. Again, this was worth nothing so we had no intention to pay. The collections agency gave us several calls and we agreed to pay $50 for their gas. Case Closed. Would definitely not recommend these folks. FYI, we ended going with an ***** authorized 3rd party repair shop that repaired it for under $200 including parts and did a fantastic job.

  *** was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful. He assessed our problems and fixed 6 devices. He was efficient and could have completed his work a lot faster if we hadn't been in room constantly asking him questions, taking him off task. We would call him again if needed. Thanks ***

  ******* ********* was exceptional. He transferred info from the desk top to the lap top and decommissioned the desk top. He made the desk top work so that I could understand it. The desk top, monitor, speakers and spare parts were taken for recycle after stripping the information. In addition he connected my phone to the printer. Am very thankful for his service and wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

  I paid $722 for 5 hours of wasted time, damaged components, and a big mess that I had to clean up and bring to another company to actually receive help for the services they advertise. I called Karls Technology in hopes of receiving help building a gaming PC, since i have new medical issues i cannot put them together anymore by myself. When I talked to them on the phone the first time and asked about the services offered and what I wanted to do. They said and I quote "even if you have a pile of parts laying around in boxes our tech will be able to help build this PC." The tech gets here, wastes 5 hours of time literally googling things, making a huge mess with all my parts that I had to clean up and bring to SWS Computers in ****** to actually build the computer. I took the computer to SWS computers and they build it in 1 day and there was not a single issue. Not one. The literally lied and wasted my time for more money. Its all garbage. I threw away $722 for absolutely nothing. I paid for a huge mess and wasted time. and I've contacted the company 3 times now explaining and they take the statement, send it to management, and management has had no communication to any of my attempts to resolve this issue. This is a horrible company and a absolute scam. I'm 99% sure all this company is capable of doing is scamming elderly people into resetting a ******** password then asking for $200. Truly a ************************* who prey on people when possible.
