    I needed to add a star rating. I would have given this business 0 stars.Mirror image Customs -owner *********************- after 17 weeks and 3-days. Failed to complete a restoration paint job on my **** F-150 Explorer. He gave me so much grief and false completion dates and at the end lied to me about needing more time to get the job done.My truck is in worse shape than when I originally brought it down on January 6, 2023. He promised 4-6 weeks. I had numerous texts and phone calls to him. He rarely answered me back and when he did it was to extend the time out several more weeks.I finally got my truck back on May 17th completely unfinished and a real mess. Missing my front bumper which was put in the back of the truck. The battery was dead, only a year and a half old. Was able to charge it to get home but afterwards it died completely forcing me to buy a new battery.The day I picked it up with my friend ******* who was a previous customer ******* was appalled at the condition it was in.**** went to the bank and returned $2,000 of the $3,082.50 down payment promising me he would have the other $1,000 the following Monday. When I went to get the additional $1,000 on that Monday **** texted me to say he didn't have the money and didn't know when he would have it. I was already on my way to his business when the text came in. I finally resolved the additional amount with my credit card company. Please avoid this business at all costs.
