    On December 15, 2024, **** ***** *******-****** (*****) paid for a service from Planet Windshield. The service was to fix the back left window of a ******* Santa Fe, 2009 vehicle, as the regulator was broken. A total payment of $400 dollars was paid over time, with the agreement that the car would be fixed at the start of January. ***** called multiple times to request the service and provided them multiple chances to provide the service, but the request was not fulfilled. On February 26, the first request for a refund was submitted. Multiple venues for refund were provided by ***** (app, mail, and email) to facilitate ease of transfer. Following that, multiple requests have further been made, without result. As of May 22, 2025, the time this memorandum is been written, no refund has yet been made. Communication with the manager has been unresponsive April 1st, staff communication has also been reduced drastically despite clear attempts to get answers and confirmation. Despite multiple promises of a refund arriving soon, no evidence has been provided by Planet Windshield that any effort was made in an honest attempt to provide a refund (no screenshots, photos, receipts, letters, emails or other means). At this point, it is reasonable to classify this at least as malpractice, if not bordering on fraud.
